Title: WORKS GREAT
Review: I have a small bonus room with walk-in closet and sewing center. Needed small space for an ironing board which, admittedly, I don't use often. BUT - this fills the bill in terms of being compact and out of the way, unlike a regular ironing board which needs to be stored. Installation was not too difficult because I knew that the drywall would not carry the weight of this item. So I fastened a piece of pine about 3/4 inch thick and about 18 inches wide into the studs with long screws. Then fastened the ironing board to the board with screws. Despite the heavy weight of the wall-unit, it's solid and when it's unfolded, it does not droop which I feared it would. NOPE - it's solid.

Review: The functionality itself is great but do not wash the cover. It feel apart in the washer and now it won’t go back on! Searched and I am unable to find a replacement cover that will replace it, can’t find the same cover!

Title: Great hidden ironing board
Review: I installed this by myself (I'm a female pushing 60) and that was challenging as it's pretty heavy. It does not come with a board to mount to the wall first so you'll need to get that from your local store. It can NOT be mounted to drywall so don't even try that. I mounted a piece of wood that's 20" wide and 12" tall, to my wall and to the studs behind the drywall. That's why I used a piece of wood 20" wide, as studs are 16" apart. Once that piece of wood was mounted to the wall/studs I attached the ironing board to it. It is very secure now. I have it behind a door and it makes the door stick out 1-2" more than normal but it works great and is hidden back there. I highly recommend the product just be sure you do not mount directly to drywall.
