Review: This was the worst food item I have ever put in my mouth, and immediately spit it out! Pickled sausage should be firm, this was squishy like it had never been cooked/smoked. This was a horrible waste of good money. I threw them out immediately.

Review: The skin or casing was to tough and rubbery to eat. You have to bite it then separate the inside to eat. The taste was good,but, it's hard to make it thru the tough skin. I ended up throwing the whole jar away rather than try to chew RUBBER.
