Review: This was the worst food item I have ever put in my mouth, and immediately spit it out! Pickled sausage should be firm, this was squishy like it had never been cooked/smoked. This was a horrible waste of good money. I threw them out immediately.

Review: I have been looking for these kind of sausages for a long time. These were perfect!! I recommend cutting in half for added softness,yum!! I posred a pic of what they actually look like for those who had my problem and wanted to see before purchasing. Not hot at all but flavorful!

Title: Hard to eat.
Review: The skin or casing was to tough and rubbery to eat. You have to bite it then separate the inside to eat. The taste was good,but, it's hard to make it thru the tough skin. I ended up throwing the whole jar away rather than try to chew RUBBER.
