Title: Great hot tub
Review: Update: Well unfortunately water started coming out from under the hot tub, then there was a tear and now the air is coming out, I contacted the company, they were great before in replacing the lights, and after a few attempts, they FINALLY ANSWERED- AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETE UNIT REPLACEMENT!!! I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER 🙂 They have great customer service, you just need to go through their website directly and activate your warranty and if there's any problem then you just email them directly through their website customer service link and they will help you, really help you.*This is a great hot tub, easy to set up even though the manual is for different hot tubs, but you get the idea once you keep reading and then you'll see is instructions for not just one type of hot tub, I love the lights but sadly it didn't work only a quarter is on, so I went to their website and submitted my proof of purchase and I was told I will get another set of lights, so that's great, just waiting on it, and the bubbles omg so many it embraces you and feels like a super relaxing massage, it does take a while to heat up (about 24 to 48 hours) but once is hot it stays, it comes with everything, filters, cover, mat for the floor, is very complete, sturdy, I was looking for a hot tub for a while and this is super nice. You do sit on the floor but it feels padded, so is actually completely comfortable, there is a pad on the bottom that feels soft and cushioning. Is been a about 5 months we have this hot tub and is so nice, specially after a day of work or pain in the joints or my back or hips (I work sitting on a desk for several hours) this is just a great help to sooth my body aches.UPDATE: I received my light replacement and they work, finally!!UPDATE: My last lights stopped working and I JUST GOT A NEW REPLACEMENT- THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!!

Title: We have had this hot tub up for three weeks and the heat only rose over 99 one night.
Review: Easy setup but over three weeks of setup it has only heated up to 99 at the most for one night. Currently it states the water is 100 degrees but it is actually 70. The cover is cheap and ineffective so we bought a thermal liner at $150 from another company. The cover works well but the hot tub stopped heating shortly after. Setting up a refund hopefully.

Title: This might be a blow up hot tub but it is Amazing!!!
Review: This hot tub comes complete! Filtration system, hot tub, and a thermal cover with another cover that goes over the thermal cover. If you have arthritis you will love this hot tub. I purchased foam puzzle pads and ground cover to protect the bottom, and it makes it comfortable. I also bought two weighted cushions to go in the hot tub (yes they sell them on amazon) which mafe it even better. It goes to 104 degrees! This is a definite buy product! Easy to clean no leakage! 5 adults fit comfortably and it is super quality!

Title: Not Bad!
Review: 11 months in here goes. When i got it out of the box and installed it the Lights didnt work, recieved no email reply on them. By the end of september the cover straps broke off. Other than that its a good tub so far. Just need a new top and set of LEDs

Review: Good quality and space - worth trying. Lights did not function out of box unfortunately despite trying multiple outlets and connections. Confirmed battery working in remote. Not a big deal except you have to install lights before inflating/filling so even with new lights - too late because I’m not setting up again. Setup was very straightforward and easy though! Excited to use.

Title: Buyer beware
Review: Some reviews was good, some bad. I thought I’d give it a try because we wanted one badly. I’m a firefighter, my body hurts. I thought this would be a good relaxation after a shift. It took 3 days to get to full temperature, which is fine. I got time. The LED lights was a pain, again that’s fine. I figured it out. We got in it at 102, it felt like warm water, not super hot. Again, okay. We was in it for maybe 10 minutes if that and the temperature started dropping. Not a small drop. It dropped to 95. We had to get out because we were freezing. The water did not feel like 95 at all. Be aware every time you turn the bubbles on, it also drops the temperature. The bubbles are more-so for looks so we kept them off. I’m returning it today. Also, the drain is super slow. I had to figure other ways to drain it. You can put it together with ease. That’s plus.

Review: This was a very simple hot tub to set up. With the supplied hose to inflate the tub with made it quick and easy !It does take time to initially heat up as the system is only 120 V with a 1200watt heater. To speed it up slightly instead of pure cold water I connected it to my washing machine faucet and started with warm water.I also used insulation Styrofoam with the silver side face up to the tub as I placed it on a concrete slab. This way there is no heat lose into the concrete.

Review: bought this and used it for @ 6 months. very happy with it, works great. the heater stopped working one day so i contacted the seller to see what my options were. to my surprise there was no bs. they sent me a new bigger tub as a replacement. honestly i was shocked. cant say enough about the supreme customer service of this company. would buy again without hesitation.

Today I get an email saying it’s too expensive to send me out a new control panel. But they will send it to NY. I live in Nova Scotia. DONT BUY this product!! You will be sorry
