Title: LOVE this!
Review: I wish I would have bought this a LONG time ago! I had no idea what I was missing out on! I had a few other DW cookbooks, but hadn't gotten them all until recently I bought all the ones I didn't have. This one is hands down my favorite. If you were raised in a standard American household eating typical American food, but now can't have dairy, gluten, etc, you'll LOVE this cookbook! I couldn't believe it when I saw she had a recipe for Paleo Chicken n Dumplings!! My mom would make that when I was a little girl and this is such a comfort food for me. And this paleo version is the best. My husband (who grew up eating Indian food, and not much American) had never had Chicken n Dumplings but loved it so much!Anyway, you'll find SO many foods in here like sloppy joes, shepherds pie, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, biscuits and gravy (!!), breakfast donuts, a super yummy chicken salad, morning glory muffins, and the best pizza crust DW has published, yet! Oh and it has recipes for Butter Chicken and Naan, comfort foods my husband grew up with!I could go on and on, but hope you get the point (: This is a cookbook full of delicious paleo American classics, with a few foods from other cuisines that are super popular in American households. We've enjoyed so many of these meals so far, and I look forward to making many more in the months/years to come 🙂

Title: Another Slam Dunk from Danielle Walker
Review: I’ve been following and buying Danielle Walker’s books for years and Eat What You Love is probably my favorite of them all.Besides being beautiful, the book is also very functional. First off, the book is hard cover which is a big deal because it lays flat when you’re cooking - it also has a ribbon book mark which is equally amazing. Inside, you’ll find that each recipe clearly indicates dietary restrictions at the top of the page, ie EF = egg free and so on.Most importantly, the recipes are incredible. If you’ve never cooked a Danielle Walker recipe, I encourage you to start with a free recipe from her blog - you’ll be blown away. Every recipe tastes like what you’d expect - you’d never guess that the recipes are grain free and made with healthier ingredients. Our family favorites from this book are shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, chicken nuggets & honey mustard sheet pan salmon. If you’ve been cooking Paleo then you will have a lot of these ingredients on hand. There’s nothing that’s hard to find or super expensive in my opinion. I recently moved to an area without a Whole Foods or a Trader Joe’s and I’m able to find most items at Walmart or I order through Thrive Market. Now a days, you can also buy a lot of the ingredients already prepared to cut steps such as Primal Kitchen Mayo or pre-riced cauliflower. Also if you prep on the weekends a little, it’s easy to throw these recipes together for dinner on a weeknight.

Title: Game Changer!!!
Review: This book has completely changed our lifestyle. My husband has a heart condition and is very allergic to gluten. My son has a very aggressive autoimmune disorder that requires chemotherapy. I've made it a priority to research all of my foods and create an anti-inflammatory diet for my family. The only issue I was having was my husband and son were not enjoying most of the foods I was preparing. Danielle's recipes are easy to follow, utilizes nutritious ingredients that fit our dietary needs, and are just pure delicious. I'm no chef, but I have been able to execute all of her recipes so far, and my family loves them. The thing I love most about this book is that she repeatedly uses the same main ingredients in multiple recipes. So when you buy coconut aminos, don't fret, you will use them again and they are great! Make the investment and get this book. You will feel empowered in the kitchen, I promise. My husband and I both take turns cooking and our son even helps. These are no 10 minute hamburger helper meals. So if you are looking for that, go somewhere else. But if you want to invest in a healthier lifestyle that doesn't compromise taste, look no further. My son is 3 and helps us in the kitchen. We are taking life a bit slower and incorporating meal prep into our family time. Meals range from 40 min on average to an hour to prepare. Making a loaf of banana bread takes me 10 minutes to prepare from scratch now and my family is delighted. We have two of her books and will be purchasing the rest. There are so many healthy cook books out there, which is great, but this is the first one that has worked for my family and we know we can maintain this healthy lifestyle for years to come without getting burned out.

Review: Lots of helpful alternative recipes in here with handy hints and tips to suit a myriad of diets linked to elimination. This one has lots of healthier alternatives to 'american style' favourites like donuts and corn dogs but also some basics stuff like nut milk and mayo.

Review: I am now the proud owner of all four of Danielle Walker's cookbooks, and I have to say that this is her best one yet. Even if you do not follow a paleo diet, there are so many delicious recipes in this book that make eating "clean" easy. Where to even start? Millionaire Bacon, French Onion soup, and Butter Chicken are just a few of my family's favorites from this book. Eat What You Love is packed full of comfort foods that I grew up with, but changed so that the meal is prepared in a healthy way. The ingredients are not strange, just items that I usually stock in my kitchen. Seriously, buy this book. I would buy this book just for the Butter Chicken recipe, it's that good!
