Review: Really whimsical, cute design. Wanted to wear it playfully over the holiday. However, for me, cuz I have no one to help me with the clasp, it's really difficult to put it on and take it off, especially given its tendency to become tangled. Someone with a partner to help would love this.

Review: If I could give negative stars I would! I bought this item because in the picture it's gorgeous! It came very pretty but also already very tangled with all 3 chains linked together. I attempted to wear and it got so much worse so I took it off, boxed it up and returned it. Now I find out that I only get 50% refund. It's my fault you didn't make your product easier to handle or better functionality wise so it doesn't get tangled? Absolutely absurd and would never buy from or refer to this company to anyone!!! Horrible customer service or lack of! An utter waste of my time, energy and money. I am so disgusted right now.
