Title: It is heavy
Review: I got this to help me with my old man workouts. I was worried that while doing modified push ups that I would push the box and land on my face! It is heavy so that will not be a prolem. I am looking forward to using it more. I would consider this to be a great quality product even though it was not cheap.

Title: Great boxâ¦but very tippy.
Review: Great box. Feels sturdy- as in holding weight and tolerating jumps. Not squishy. But the width of the box is very narrow, especially the 20â side. If you donât land square in the center it will tip very easily. Love this soft box but wish it was a few inches wider in all directions for stability and anti-tipping. Iâd love to return it and buy a wider one. Quality of craftsmanship of this box is great though.

Title: Stability was a bit low but overall a great product
Review: We use this as a jump box for our gym and its comfortable with the cushion on it. With the extra cushion tho it does feel a little bit unstable and has some close calls with falling off of it. Still overall 5 stars.

Title: Not Perfect but Still Excellent
Review: I bought this jump box to use with some of the clients in my boot camp class. They hesitated to use the regular plyo boxes because of too many scraped shins. So I ordered this box. The 20" side is great and what we use the most for circuits that involve jumping. It is the most stable height. But you still have to make sure it's on a non-slippery surface and that you're not landing on the edges. Several of the ladies use the 24" height. As long as they land squarely on the platform it's good. To use the 30" height we prop it against a heavier object (such as the 300 lbs tire). One of the tricks we've learned is to fold a yoga mat beneath it. That really seems to help keep it from sliding. Don't get me wrong, sliding is not a major issue and only a small annoyance if you happen to pay attention to it.When you land on the box it is firm and has very little give. And if you miss a jump your shins will not suffer. Several of the boot camp ladies have challenged themselves to attempting to jump to the higher heights because they're comfortable enough to know that if they miss they're not going to get hurt like they would with the solid metal or wood plyo boxes.I may add another one of these exact boxes to my equipment room. They are worth the money.Update - It's been almost a year since I bought this box. I've really been pleased with how little wear and tear is showing. Some of my clients aren't the most nimble of jumpers and land pretty hard on it, stressing the seams. But there is no sign that any seam or zipper is getting ready to fail and start tearing. This box gets pulled out 2-3 times a week, so it's been through a lot. Still a great buy.

Title: Built like a tank. Very stable.
Review: I honestly did not know what to expect when I ordered this to work on leg strengthening at home. When It arrived, I immediately suspected it was good just by the sheer weight of the box! Well packed, and undamaged on opening and sturdy as all get-out. I am not doing standing jump ups (yet), but I am doing rapid stepups w/o having a worry that the box will tip and I will go along with it and possibly a fracture in the process. While it is not easily moved around, that is a GOOD thing. Stability is the #1 feature I was looking for.

Title: Don't worry about it being too light
Review: I needed a higher block to jump on. I didn't want to spend too much but I wanted something that would last and I could wipe off. I was worried that due to the weight and over reviews of this, it would move when I jumped on it. Rest assured, If you can clear the height and land clearly without clipping the edge, you'll not have any issue. I'm a 6'4" man that's over 200lbs. It's a great addition to my home gym and other than moving a few inches during my workout, I've never had any issues.

Review: I've had this now for over two years. It's great, a little softer and easier on the knees than the ones at Good Life Fitness which kinda suck. They are a bit tippy if on the 30 inch side but I use it that way free standing and I am well over 200lbs. It's suitable for big men and women alike. Wider soft velcro stackable plyo boxes are much safer but they're really expensive. It hurts if you fall by hitting the box with your knees on the way up, be careful not to put it close to anything that will break bones on your way down. Always step down if you want to keep going without joint pain for high reps.
