Review: All in all this is an excellent plyometric box, especially for beginners.1) Foam construction is very nice to prevent impact injuries.2) Minor instability. The foam is not one solid piece. it is several layers of 4 inch thick foam. When placed in certain positions, there will be slight shifting when the layers are "stacked" vertically vice horizontally. However, it is not an issue as it just requires a more balanced landing, and can easily support a 200 pound jumper.3) Picture shows some black granules that are inside, that can leak out of the zipper. It is not the foam which is white in color, and does not appear to be from the cover. There is not enough to add significant weight or stability to the box, so I am not quite sure why it is there. In any case, you can simply just vacuum it out or just clean it if it leaks out of the zipper opening.

Title: Disappointing
Review: This is probably the most disappointing purchase I've ever made on Amazon. I was excited to get this for half of what similar items cost. When I received it it looked great and was happy with the purchase. Until I tried to use it. I jumped on it and almost fell flat on my face as it is not stable at all. The internal structure is not solid and is made up of a series of foam pads. The only thing this is good for is stretching and even that is questionable at times. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased. I'd give this thing zero stars if I could.
