Review: First I would like to say the delivery was to the neighbors and they delivered it to where it was shipped. Trying to explain this ti Amazon.. .lolGreat little book! Makes just enough in the recipe. Simple, not a lit of ingredients. You don't have to buy a lot if special spices. Love it!

Title: One recipe in particular
Review: This book is alright. It has quite a few recipes in it that I think are quite a bit high in calories and/or carbs in them (residual if youâre following macros to lose weight) that will take up a large percentage of your daily allowance, so I would probably only give it three stars by itself. BUT, it has one recipe in it that had me increase my stars to all five.The sesame pork and green beans recipe here is phenomenal. Iâm my three months on Keto, this is by far my favorite recipe that Iâve found. Itâs super easy, super quick to come together. I pair it with cauliflower rice and Iâm having to strain against the impulse to eat it all at once. I just as one Tbsp of hot Chile oil to the sauce and bomb diggity.

Title: Nice and easy keto
Review: Love the recipes but wish there were a lot more pictures. Another complaint I have is with the kindle format, the list of recipes are hard to read before each chapter because of the color choice. Still worth the purchase however! Enjoy!

Title: Easy and Great for People Who Don't Like to Cook
Review: I started my mother on keto. She is in her seventies and hates to cook. I bought her a Ninja Air Fryer and a Breville Convection Oven to get her off of convenience foods. She loves both items and they allow her to easily prepare whole foods.But, bacon and eggs, roast chicken or pork get dull after a while. I searched through a lot of keto books and landed on this one.Here is why:1) This is written by a chef, not some YouTuber or influencer who is doing a print-on-demand book.2) Five ingredients. My mother can handle that.3) Whole foods. Many keto books are demanding you buy agar agar, xylitol, all kinds of expensive chemicals. Yes, she did get liquid stevia for this, but the recipes limit you to whole foods, which is important.4) Macros listed. She can see how much protein, fat and carbs are in a recipe.She does live alone, so a recipe serving four does end up with a lot of leftovers, but this has worked out well and she loves many of the recipes. She finds them easy to follow. Win-win.

Title: Yummy recipes, but hugely time consuming meal plan.
Review: The things I like:Itâs a quick read and it is helpful with basic Keto concepts.The recipes are quite delicious and I have been enjoying the way they taste.The things I donât like:The meal plan involves a TON of cooking. I spent an entire week preparing food that could be stored before even attempting the weekly meal plans. I spend anywhere from 1-3hours in the kitchen every day even when I plan ahead. If you have time to cook and clean up the kitchen most of your day, this book is going to be just fine for you. I have been making the breakfasts and lunches and substituting a snack for dinner. I am going to spend a whole week only cooking the dinners just because I donât have time to do it all.Some of the recipes assume you know a lot already. The breakfast bake says to use cooked spaghetti squash on top of the 50 minutes it takes just to cook the bake itself. I could not spend two hours making a breakfast meal. I had to do it at night. Donât get me wrong... it was delicious, but very time consuming.There are a few mistakes in the book. Wrong page numbers on the meal plan, etc.Overall, I like the book a lot. The meals are good, but he meal plans are ridiculously time consuming.

Title: Need this for "easy days".
Review: Apparently, I'm one of those metabolically resistant people that takes just a little bit longer to adjust to a ketogenic diet. I needed easy days when I was first starting and occasionally I still need them because I'm still adjusting to the diet. I've only been on it for about a month and I still have days where I feel incredibly tired and I'm still trying to get the hang of what my macros need to be for somebody with insulin resistance and high cortisol levels. This book can really help people who are just tired and don't really have the energy to meal prep using recipes that have 15 or 20 ingredients. A lot of the recipes are super easy and they're delicious. They are mostly all ingredients that you can find locally no matter where you live. Many are budget friendly. I also found the even if you don't follow the recipes exactly, this is more about giving you ideas for ways that you can pair foods together so you don't get bored while still keeping it easy. You can get some ideas on what flavors would work together so that you don't give up from boredom of just eating eggs and avocado everyday. I also like that the author often includes the brand names of certain key ingredients that she uses and that takes some of the stress out of grocery shopping. For instance, I don't want to be standing in the grocery store and reviewing the nutrition facts on every pizza sauce in the store to try to find the lowest carb one. She tells you which brand she uses and if your local grocers don't have it, you can always look to see if Amazon has it. You don't have to waste your time hunting around for one that tastes good and has the right carb counts. Not all of us live close to stores that carry endless options for low carb living so I like the simple ingredient lists and I like that she lists the name brands so that if you can't find them, you at least know what to order.
