Title: Absolutely nothing to complain about. Love from the first site
Review: This coffee machine is so well thought out. I love that every single little part of it is integrated within the machine. So smart. It looks amazing. It works great.I've made teas, coffees, cappuccinos, I've used cups and grounds. I prefer grounds in general. The temperature of the drink is hot. Taste is awesome. There are 4 types of drinks you can brew. You can make classic(1) or rich(2) (the machine will stop a few times for a few moments and start brewing again during the cycle making coffee taste stronger/richer), over the ice(3) or specialty(4), which brews 4 oz and its really strong like expresso. I brew specialty when I'm making cappuccino. It brews very fast too.I love the frother. It works amazing. You don't get splashes because it has cover over it. I love that its always there and I can pop it out any moment when I need it. It's very easy to clean too. Quarter of twist detaches the frother and I can wash it quickly and pop it right back in with the same quarter of the twist.I absolutely love the fact that this is not overly complicated machine. It has basic functions that I wanted that all work really well. The machine is narrow and doesn't take much space on the counter which I really appreciate. It is a little taller than I thought it would be, but I guess my top kitchen cabinets is high enough that I don't have to move the machine and can open and close the lid with no problems. The heigh of the machine allows to fill the water tank with almost 48 oz of water. Water tank is easily removable. The height of the machine also allows for different types of cups. I can put a pretty tall thermos cup and brew straight into it. The most amount you can brew at once is 24 oz.The machine recognizes which attachment you have inside, for cups or grounds. Attachments are also marked on the outside on their little handles that stick on the outside of the machine when they stored away. It's so neat and cute. It's made with love.I'm soooo enjoying it and absolutely loving it. I'm planning to buy it as a gift to my loved ones, that's how much I love it.The permanent filter is easy to clean. It makes an amazing tea too, not just coffees. Loose leaf or a bag, everything comes out amazing and hot.The lid over the filter has a hole where the water flows through and has multiple holes on the bottom of the lid, just like shower head, which allows hot water to go evenly through the coffee grounds or tea leaves. Love that.I was looking for a single cup machine, so mostly I brew 1 or 2 cups only. I never had a problems with overflowing or getting grounds in the coffee. I think people get those problems because they simply put too much coffee grounds which causes it to overflow and get grounds into coffee. The included permanent filter is not huge, so if you need to brew strong coffee for a large amount of people at once, this is probably not the best choice. But if you brew 1 or 2 cups, this is perfect. Otherwise you could also brew a few times. I don't see any problem with that because it brews amazingly fast.I do not have any dripping problems either. I brew until the brewing cycle is complete, there is blinking light indicator on top of the lid. When brewing cycle is finished machine makes the light stops blinking and machine makes 3 beeps. Not loud, but I'm able to hear them with working TV, washer and dishwasher. If you remove the cup after those 3 beeps and wipe (i usually just touch it with edge of my cup) the last drop on the spout it doesn't drip. Ever. But even if it was to drip a couple drops, there is a nice really easy to clean dripping tray, that you can place on 4 different heights or remove completely.I think this machine is worth every penny. I can't tell you enough how much I love this thing. I'm so glad I chose to buy it. I didn't even expect it would be so great. Not big or bulky, well thought out, looks very very nice, has all nessesary functions that each works amazing. It doen't look cheap at all. It's very pleasing to the eye and stylish.I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants versatility, simplicity and style.I feel like I didn't say enough, didn't give it enough credit for what it is lol.Whoever was designing this thing is for sure a big people lover. I wanna give them a hug hahaha.

Title: Forget a Keurig, you want a Ninja
Review: I've had two Keurings in 3 years - both broke electronics and handles. The Keurig has that silly "Descale" light that requires a precise "dance" to clear, and my first machine powered off and never recovered. The seconds machine, a "KSlim" had the cover jam down and the handle broke off when I tried to open it. I asked Keurig to repair/replace and they never replied - it wa 10 months old from Amazon. Screw it.This thing has a much nicer display than any Keurig, has multiple water sizes, a bigger storage than a KSlim, and makes the coffee a bit hotter than the Keurig - maybe too hot.It has a cool built in frother that work well on warm milk or cream, and a coffee basket to use when you don't have a K capsule available. It also has several brew strengths to select from including iced.FWIW, the Ninja has an overly complex door assemble that injects the water into the pod - it took an hour to take it apart to try and replace the broken handles. Way too many parts inside. The Ninja is very simple - just a plastic tray for the pod/basket and a metal injector for the hot water. They even provide a cleaning tool. For $8 I added a 3 year warranty - so no more Keuring hassles.FYI, both Keurig and Ninja designed by large companies in Massacusetts - Keurig Dr. Pepper and Shark Ninja Innovation. Both products are manufactured offshore.Note that Keurig is rejecting Amazon warranty claims because the say the "serial number" indicates it may be beyond the 1 year warranty, regardless of the purchase date. Total BS.

Title: Great Coffee Maker w/Surprising Features
Review: After attempting to replace our 4-year old Keurig Mini with a newer version of the same unit, and receiving two units in a row that would shut off multiple times while attempting to make a single cup, we looked for another product that would handle the k-cups and still have a relatively small footprint on our counter top.The Ninja Pod & Grounds model looked the most promising - and it has turned out to be a great choice.Using the Ninja Pod & Grounds, we have made excellent coffee via commercial k-pods, reusable k-pods, and with grounds directly in the "permanent" filter basket. While the k-cup method and the grounds method both work very well, the grounds in the filter basket may become our favorite method. The Ninja Pod & Grounds has some unexpected and wonderful features. There is a calibration cycle to allow the unit to self-adjust for higher elevations. The calibration cycle only needs to be run once, takes minimal time, and optimizes performance of the brewing cycle. As we live at nearly 6,000 feet elevation, this was a very pleasant surprise. Without this calibration the unit would attempt to reach water temperatures that are not physically possible here, and produce much unnecessary steam in the process. The cleaning cycle does not require the user to buy specialty products. All it takes is readily-available white vinegar and water. This feature lowers operating costs and greatly simplifies the process. The sounds made by the the unit during brewing are not obnoxious or overly loud. The brewing cycle has a pause to allow for the grounds to "bloom" prior to receiving the majority of the heated water. The resulting cup of coffee is quite good.Following the operating instructions, we have not experienced a dripping problem that some reviewers have mentioned. It may be the simple act of popping the top open a few seconds prior to removing the newly filled cup that allows the last few drops to complete. The water reservoir is easy to handle, seals without any leakage, and has sufficient capacity to make several 8-ounce cups prior to needing re-filling.The built-in storage is very handy, allowing the measuring spoon to be out of the way but always present, and the alternate adapter (either the k-cup adapter or the "permanent" filter basket) to be tucked away but always findable. The adjustable cup tray helps to keep the work area clean by positioning the receiving cup/tumber/etc at an optimal height to avoid splashing. The frother works as advertised. We have not historically needed/used a frother but having one might lead us to experimenting with our morning coffee. Guests might appreciate that capability too.Overall, we are very pleased with this unit and confidently can recommend it to others.

Review: The coffee machine is very good but beware in Britain the voltage for the machine is 120 volts and in Britain we are 240 volt. To return the machine is very costly, the cost of sending mine back was around £60. Amazon don't want to know about returning the machine, they just send you a label to print off and that's it. I can't understand why Amazon sell items on the market place that don't comply with British voltage.
