Title: Easy and work like a charm!
Review: I just bought my first ever Keurig (their smallest, slimmest version) but wanted to be able to use my own refillable pods for cost, taste, and less plastic waste. I was thrilled to see that Keurig now makes them — and these truly DO adapt to fit every model they currently offer. Their instructions were simple and I’ve had no problems at all. They seal great and the taste is wonderful with my own grounds. Using these I feel assured I won’t damage my machine in any way and they will work as they should. Great product!

Title: Yes! It works!
Review: Finally, after trying three other different reusable k-cup baskets this one works perfectly! Simple to use and easy to clean. It holds more grounds than other baskets so you can make a richer coffee if you want. I’ve ordered several more!

Title: Works well, saves the planet from disposable plastic pods.
Review: I have been using these pods for 3 months and they get the job done, making a consistent brew, and good cup of coffee. I waited to write this review in the event I experienced the problem of pods opening during brewing and spewing coffee grounds as mentioned in other reviews. Nope, no problem at all. I will suggest that users be certain both the front of the lid and the back side are secure. It is possible to lock the front but have the back disengaged. I can feel good about using the Kuerig without the waste of the disposable pods.

Title: Instructions bad, but makes great coffee. Just read my instructions
Review: The instructions seem good at first glance but when you try to put it together, you find out that are confusing since this is their universal unit and the instructions are divided into whether you have a type 1 or type 2 coffee maker as if you know are supposed to know which kind. If you bought a new or recent model, you would logically think you have a type 2. Wrong! The older models are type 2 with the newer models being type 1! Older type 2 brewer require this adapter that goes on the bottom, you remove it for type 1, newer brewers. There is a warning sticker saying you need the adapter!. You don't! Then there is this white round sticker on the top which looks like it is something that should be removed but somewhere it says not to. These are the instructions for the Supreme Plus brewer but I think they are the same for all newer models. Now there are four pieces to the unit. There is the grey top with writing on it, the red thing that sits under the grey top (needed but can be removed for cleaning), the filter basket which fits into the plastic bottom. To assemble the unit, you first fill the filter basket with ground coffee to the line inside the filter basket (no need to tamp down), the fit the gray top with the red thing onto the filter basket, It just sit on the filter basket (it doesn't lock on like you might think but push it on tightly. Placement on the filter basket doesn't matter as long as it's on tight. You then place the grey top with the red thing underneath which is now on the filter basket into the black plastic bottom. Rotate the grey top, red insert, and filter basket unit until it drops down a little in place (there is a tab on top the black bottom which fits into this indent in the grey top). You will see a white dot on the bottom tab which will align with the unlock icon white dot on the grey top. Then you carefully turn the grey top slightly clockwise to lock it on the plastic bottom. It sort clicks in place so you know it's locked. The unit is now ready to go. You then align the white arrow on the grey top with the rear slot on the brewer basket holder then just drop the unit into the brewer hole (remove the pod holder basket before hand. It is held in place by this tab on the front on hook on the back, so just push it back slightly and it will lift out. No real force is required otherwise you will break it.) It does NOT snap into place or anything, it just sits there loose but should sit even and down. If it is not "down" you didn't align the three tabs on the filter basket with the three slots on the brewer basket holder and/or the plastic top is not firmly and even on the mesh filter basket. But if the unit sits flat and even, you just lower the top as usual and you are ready to go. While these instructions sound complicated, they are not in practice and after once or twice, you will be able to do it in your sleep. For cleaning after use, I took it apart, removed the red plastic thing and, after dumping out the used grounds, dropped all the pieces into a soapy glass of water, shook it, then rinsed every off. One note, when replacing the red thing, make sure all the holes in the grey top are sealed (the holes are symmetrical, put staggered, so check!). The good news, using Starbuck coffee, I found the coffee significantly better with this filter unit than using their pods (which were pretty good). I used Starbucks coffee since it was easy to compare against the "real thing" from their stores.

Title: Genuine Keurig Reusable Filter
Review: And it WORKS! No mess, no stray coffee grinds, no leakes. My Keurig is a K-Select, single needle machine, although this filter will work with five needle machines. Nice to change up what type of coffee to drink, and this is great for the later in the day cup of De-caf. Using ground coffee lowers the cost per cup versus K-Cups.

Title: You will hate this product. Let me tell you why
Review: I only write reviews when I feel strongly about something and this is one of those situations. You all have to know what you're getting into with this horrible product so here goes. First of all, I'm an avid Keurig fan and drink many cups of coffee a day so ease of use is high on my value list. I have had many Keurig's over the years and many many reusable k-cup holders/pods etc. along with them. I recently bought a new Keurig Supreme Multi Stream machine and thought this time I would go with the more expensive Keurig brand reusable k-cup filters because maybe there's a reason why they're so much more expensive than everything else. I mean, they designed them for their own product, right? They have to be good. So confident was I that I bought two of them. Each cost around $10 a piece. Well, let me tell you what I experienced. First the bad because there's so much bad:- The product has an inner basket and an outer holder. You have to pull the basket out of the holder each time you use it - to clean and fill it. The top also comes off so it's a 3-part gizmo. Ummm why so complicated?- To fit the holder into your Keurig, you actually have to remove part of your Keurig! Yes, the holder is too big so you have to remove the harness inside the Keurig that holds the sharp points that puncture the traditional k-cups (this is standard procedure by the way - instructions tell you to do this). Sure, that's a one time swap-out but what if you have other people in your house who want to use regular k-cups from time to time? You will have to swap this piece of your Keurig out every time. Really Keurig? Who thought of this idea and said: "you know, people will like this feature. It's not annoying at all." I'm guessing whoever designed this feature didn't have a spouse who might grouse at them for not putting the regular k-cup harness back in place after every cup brewed - you know, to be considerate of others and all.- The basket where the grounds go has a completely removable top. ok. no big deal so far, but this top doesn't seem to close tightly. So maybe 3 out of 10 cups brewed, the top pops off while brewing and you get a coffee completely filled with your grounds. The Keurig literally pumps your grounds out of the basket into your coffee cup. Hmm yummy. It's a good thing you can see them all over the cup before you drink or it would be one heck of a morning wakeup. I know this is a design and manufacturing problem because it affects both of the two that I bought. And to top that off (every pun intended), I returned one of them because it was not even staying closed after like the 2nd time I used it. It literally would pop off in my hand after I pushed it down. So I sent that back and got another one. I was thinking maybe, just maybe, I won the lottery and received two poorly manufactured products. Nope, the replacement did the same thing. What's worse is that the more you use them, the less tight the top fits to the basket. So your chances of a mouthful of grinds increases with use. Way to go Keurig.- One more "feature" I definitely did not like is that the basket is very narrow. I typically use a traditional small spoon to scoop my grinds into the basket. With this basket your chances of spilling are much higher because it's narrower than any other refillable filter I've used. Which means you get grinds on the rim that then have to be wiped clean or the top won't close at all. You all remember the top closing issue, right? So this just adds to that fun.- Price, price, price. $10 a piece? I don't even know what to say. I was expecting this product to be so much better than all the others out there because it's Keurig branded and costs so much. It turns out it's junk. I'm guessing someone dreamed up this idea and it went horribly wrong during execution but they decided to churn it out and sell it anyway. Someone deserves to be very ashamed of this product. I know I would be.Oh, and here's the good:- You can return it. Just return it and run the other way. I've used mine many times so I will just consider it a loss at this point. Maybe I can save the rest of you by sharing my experience. Don't waste your time. Return it right away and buy something better. I recently bought the multi-colored Reusable K cup filters for the Supreme machine (multi stream enabled) and they work great. so simple and easy to use. and so much cheaper!Good luck all. I hope I helped at least one person out there...

Review: Although pricer than some 3rd party ones it works well and holds a good quantity of coffee. I've have several in use for a number of years but wanted another multi-stream lid. The basket insert perfectly fits an adapter I made from ABS plumbing bits for use in my vertical discharge coffee grinder.
