Title: Great customer service
Review: I originally got a keyboard with a sticky E key and the mouse would lag once in a while (was slow all the time, get to that in a min.) I posted a review and within that day customer service got in contact with me and sent a new product out. Keyboard is great very smooth and quiet keys. Mouse is very responsive (this the part I'd get to) actually had to turn my sensitivity down by a lot. Batteries last a good while and work while charging which is a plus. I can't say how long if you don't use lights, I play pretty dark so seeing the keys is helpful. The lights do turn off a little fast (to conserve power, which is good but sometimes annoying) there might be a setting to adjust that, I'm just lazy and not going to check. Overall this is actually better than my expensive set on my other PC (corded) The customer service is worth at least 5 stars on its own 🤣. Definitely recommend.

Review: I bought this keyboard a week ago and had problems getting backlit to stay on during use. The instructions only say how to turn it on and off which allows it to function when you strike the key. the company customer service Dalea was very helpful in helping me through the process (FN+Scroll Lock). I like the back lit lighting and the fact you can change it to different colors. Its soft to the touch and no clicking noise. You just plug in the transmitter to the computer and its ready to go. I definitely would recommend it.

Title: Sticky keys - Update
Review: I like the look and asthetics of the mouse and keyboard. But the keys are stiff and sticky. It makes it really difficult to type. The mouse also takes some getting used to. The back key is stiff and difficult to click smoothly. Both the keyboard and mouse have silent clicks, but the keyboard is so difficult.Typing takes twice as long as I have to go back and re-click keys. Disapointed as I really like the idea of a wireless chargeable keyboard and mouse. It's just not functionalUpdate: Seller was able to replace my keyboard with a new keyboard. Works great and is smooth. Easy to charge and typing is confortable. Keys and mouse are nice and bright. Great keyboard and mouse combo! Love that there is only one dongle for both items. Less to keep track of.

Title: Great product, works great
Review: I decided to replace my workout keyboard and I liked the lights I had last time. This time I went all wireless and this doesn't disappoint. Mouse is very responsive and the key have a nice click feel to them. All around, very satisfactory. I also like that I can recharge them and I don't have to keep buying batteries. Phone holder is a nice touch as well. I am considering getting g another for my 2nd computer.

Title: I had to change my review
Review: I bought this combo because I was looking for an affordable back-lit keyboard. And I LOVE the keyboard....I't makes seeing the key so much easier, the wrist rest is a very nice feature, and the feel of the keys is very nice. I give it four stars though because the mouse is pretty quirky. It seems to "overscroll" and jump around sometimes. Were the keyboard not so nice I most likely would have returned it. I don't know if there is something with my particular mouse. But I'm willing to try to adjust to the mouse quirkiness.I changed my review to 5 stars as the company reached out and is sending me a new mouse. THAT is customer service!

Title: Silent compared to what?
Review: I bought this as a backup for a rechargable wireless keyboard/mouse combo that I've had for a couple of years and love. As soon as I started typing this morning, my husband yelled from the other room "Silent compared to what?!"The mouse is fine but a bit large. The colors are cool. I'm returning it for something that is actually silent.

Review: August 08, 2024 - Edit to my original review:Sablute contacted my after my review posted. Their customer service person, Ella was very responsive and helpful. They immediately gave me a refund and asked if I would review the unit again if they sent me a fresh one to review. I agreed. The new unit is much better. For the price it is a good option to spending $200+ for a name brand, backlit, wireless KB +Mouse combo. I have increased my star rating to 4-stars. Additional thoughts: 1. Back lighting - 9 2. Build quality - 9 3. Battery charge and life - 9 4. Typing experience - 8/9 5. Overall 4-STARSIt is good for the price, but not up to the name brands - no fault though as the name brands cost 4-5 time more. I have to conclude the first KB+M had some assembly issues making it somewhat defective, as the second unit is much betterHmmm...what did I like? On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being best.1. BACKLIT KEYBOARD AND MOUSE - 92. CONSTRUCTION / BUILD QUALITY - 93. BATERY CHARGE AND LIFE - 94. KEYBOARD FEEL AND TYPING EFFORT - "-0"Overall, build and quality are great. battery charging and battery life are great.TYPING on this keyboard is the worst. The keys are resistant to finger pressure and they somewhat stick.The key travel is too long. So the overall impression of the MOST IMPORTANT THING - TYPING is very, very poor. I was out of the return period, but contacted Sablute to see if they would offer any kind of customer goodwill, or a solution (perhaps exchange). No, not going to happen. However they were responsive and offered to sell me a different model keyboard, but after such a poor experience with this one, why would I buy another??? I have always had good success with Logitech, Microsoft, Dell and Lenovo keyboards, so I guess I will return to a known quality product. Be careful of lower priced keyboards, even if they are highly reviewed.

Many thanks to the agent that helped me. Deff worth 5 stars!Edit 2: I received the new keyboard and mouse. The backlight on the new keyboard does not work but it does on the mouse. I will be switching back to the first one I purchased as I like having the different colours when typing.Edit: So after leaving my review, the seller reached out to me right away to rectify the issues. Happy to report that I received a replacement keyboard and mouse. The E key dies not stick, but haven't used it enough to see how the coating on the keys wears.I definitely appreciate the seller reaching out and the customer service they provided.Original review: The E key sticks, the coating over the keys is starting to wear off so be aware of that if you use some keys more than others. The colour changes on the mouse and keyboard are a nice touch. The mouse works well.The phone holder on the keyboard could be slanted more as my phone stands straight up with my phone case. I constantly have to take my phone case off to put it in the holder.Overall not a bad combo, and the price is fair for what you get. If I didn't have the keyboard issues this would have been rated higher.
