Title: Keyboard is Terrible
Review: Takes extremely heavy key activation to get response. Also, tactile feel is awful. Don't like the "click mouse or push any key" to wake computer from sleep, although that is more of a personal preference.Seller reached out right away and sent a new mouse and keyboard. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! This keyboard is much better than the first one received. I still don't love the way the keys "feel", but this keyboard isn't near as difficult to get the keys to respond as the first one.

Title: It is a comfortable keyboard
Review: PROS - it has all the features of the higher price keyboards. The dongle works the mouse and the keyboard and stores in the mouse. I replaced a Logitech K800 instead of buying 4th one. It seems they don’t use screws anymore and it’s glued shut so you cannot clean it property. Mouse is quick and also lit.Cons: The lights on the keyboard shut off after a time. Light comes thru on ech side of the key and sometimes distracting, so I use it up on top of desk instead of pull out. Don’t lie where power switch is placed. Rather have it on top of keyboard.For the price you cannot go wrong. I m just use to the K800 Logitech I have been using for the past 15 years or so.

Title: Very nice keyboard and mouse
Review: Hard to find good products that are inexpensive and still good quality. This one is a great value. Mouse scroll wheel is notched so it doesn't slip. Both use a single battery and have power saving so you are not eating batteries

Title: Keyboard doesn't work
Review: The mouse was perfect and worked immediately. Unlike the mouse, the keyboard has no on/off switch and I couldn't get it work. I changed batteries a couple times. I contacted the seller and they said there is no on/off switch and you just press any key and it will work. I tried pressing every key on the keyboard and I finally got it to work ...... once. When I turned off my laptop, and tried again the next day, nothing I did made the keyboard work. Very bad design on the keyboard. Should have an on/off switch like normal wireless keyboards!!I called Amazon and this is in process of return as defective.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me on this defective product and even tho I had already returned it, they said they would send me a new one or give me an additional gift card. Since I had already bought a different keyboard from someone else, I opted for the gift card which they emailed to me the same day.

Title: Just outlasts the 30-day return period
Review: I do not recommend this item!Initially I was delighted with this purchase. It was well-packaged, came with a USB bluetooth interface a USB-C to USB adaptor, and a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. It seemed like a GREA deal. 7 weeks later, I regret this purchase.I bought this item on April 21st and by June 9th, both the keyboard and mouse began to malfunction intermittently. About 40% of the time, both the keyboard and mouse function perfectly. The other 60% of the time, the keyboard and mouse do not work properly. These problems occur in spite of rebooting my laptop, using a variety of USB-C cords, using a different USB-C port on my laptop, both before and after the devices have been charged overnight, and whether they're plugged into the charger or operating on battery power. The problem is not my laptop, the cables, or the USB-C ports. They're never been dropped, exposed to moisture, or abused in any way (though after a few days of constant malfunction, I've been tempted to subject them to a little abuse)!Keyboard problems: Inputs on the keyboard simply don't work, although the keyboard lights up and indicates it is powered up. Other times, *most* of the keys work, but certain keys don't function.Mouse Problems: The power button on the bottom of the mouse is loose, and slides into the OFF position during use. Other times, the laser sensor flickers on and off, causing the cursor to jump around the screen, making it all but impossible to work. Other times, it simply doesn't function at all.Lesson learned: You get what you pay for! I wanted to save a little $, but ended up spending MORE, since I needed to purchase a reliable, fully functional wireless keyboard and mouse as a replacement. Save yourself the money and frustration - spend the extra $20-$30 and purchase a more reputable brand.

Title: Quite/soft keys on keyboard but mouse stopped working after 3 days!
Review: My keyboard broke and I needed a new one, fast. This keyboard has the same layout as my old keyboard and was low in price. I received it very quickly which was also a key factor in choosing it. The keys are very soft and quite which I really like.Ergonomically, it is a little smaller and not as comfortable as my old Microsoft 5050 keyboard /mouse combo (which seems to be out of stock or discontinued).The mouse quit working after only 3 days. The keyboard is working fine. I have not had an issue with the battery life, so far. Hope this review helps you in your decision.

Title: For the price, great great deal
Review: USB connection works great, multimedia keys on the board are super helpful. Full size, light up power and caps lock always welcome. Most importantly, super easy to type on and it fits my hand great. Going to order one for my wife also.
