Title: This is awesome!
Review: Great value for your buck! This is well made and sturdy, super easy to install (depending on your house and your own valves from the wall), and has excellent pressure. In fact, the pressure may be too great, so you have to find that sweet spot to not have it too high.Looks good and extremely functional.I'd buy again if I ever have the need.

Title: This is a great faucet, and for the price it's a phenomenal faucet
Review: It was easy to install, like most others mentioned the hard part was removing the old faucet. It looks great and adds a but of style to my kitchen. Mg only complaint, and I'm not even sure this is something to complain about, is that the water pressure is too good. I have to be careful not to turn it on all the way or it might splash up onto the area around the sink. Like I said not something to really complain about, totally first world problem. Great faucet. Great price. Great water pressure.

Title: Just Installed This: Some Info & Tips For Buyers / Great Quality Happy Thus Far With Purchase
Review: I am reviewing the brushed nickel color $39.99 upside down U shape sink with pull out house that I purchased July 2024.Thinking of doing a video review to highlight some of these points that I am going to write, but I have not decided if I will do so. Until then, keep reading. ðð¼Initial Observations:⢠Overall Great Quality & Craftsmanship: There is a âhoweverâ after this, but overall, I feel this is a great quality design and with good quality craftsmanship, good quality parts, and I don't feel like this is going to break. It feels sturdy. It has seals in washers in places where I expected to be possible points of water.HOWEVER - There are some places on the product, where you can tell that it is a little bit cheaper material than you would get from a $300 sink of the same design. One small example is where the nozzle returns to the holder. The inner material that makes contact with the nozzle is a sort of cheaper plastic. Albeit, I don't see anything wrong with using such plastic here. On expensive $300 sinks, I've seen this be a type of rubber coated plastic, so that over a 6-10 year period, returning the nozzle back to the holder hundreds of thousands of times doesn't scratch the metal. Is this a problem with the sink? I don't think so, see my final conclusion, but I don't think anyone should expect a $40 sink to last them 6-10 years. I hope it does last that long, but I won't likely be in this apartment that long to know. Why I Purchased: I just moved into an apartment, and the sink they had installed was this 10-20 year rusted leaking POS. You could tell that the property management maintenance was trying to drag this sad POS sink prob because they can't get approval from the owner to replace it. Underneath you can see stains of where water leaks were. No current water leaks, meaning they were fixed/sealed back up with Teflon tape or whatever. This thing was damaging the actual sink bowl, which apparently is constructed of metal and coated with porcelain, or something like that, and this sad POS sink in my apartment was rusting, eroding, and eating away at the sink bowl. The old sink also barely gave any water pressure, didn't have a working sprayer anymore, and since I don't have a dish washer, became an immediate pain in my A.⢠INSTALLATION: As other comments have said, the hardest part of installing the sink, was removing the old one. I had to put towels down to prevent from hurting my back, I put on a mask because the old sink was also growing mold inside it and stunk, and goggles because it was going to shower me with rust upon removing. Which it did. After removing the old sink, cleaning the area, and scrubbing with low grit sandpaper the rusted areas, I got the sink bowl and area of installation looking reasonable. Installing the new sink was a breeze. I attached the water lines, secured the sink, and turned the water valves back on. From there, I noticed that the sink wasn't super stable and I was immediately worried that the construction of the sink was poor quality, and that I would have to live with it being not very secure, not very secure, and a little wobbly. NOT the case. I had to really tighten the black piece that secures the sink in the middle underneath. There are tools that you can buy that make tightening this piece extremely easy, I put on some decent gloves, and really put muscle into my hand and tightened that sucker down. This resolved any stability concerns I had.Tip / Observation: Leaking at the valves likely not because of this new sink - My apartment the basement level of an old house. The 1/4 turn valves probably hadn't been used more than a few times. After installing the new sink and turning the cold water valve back on, it started to leak. After looking online, I found that I can tighten the nut behind the valve a tiny bit and then made sure the valve is turned completely on as far as it will go. It stopped leaking after that. I put a bowl underneath overnight to make sure. Just thought I'd mention this. The leaking has nothing to do with the water lines provided by the sink, which is what I originally thought.⢠PERFORMANCE / WATER PRESSURE: Superb. Surprising water pressure and performance. The sprayer is nice and powerful, the water pressure is strong. I can move the sink and holder to where I want it, and I can also undock the nozzle and pull out the hose. My only concern is going to be how my high calcium water supply affects the parts and thus the performance of this sink over time, but again, probably won't be living here to see that, but if you own your house, you might.Hard water ruins appliances in general. That's going to be the same with any sink you buy no matter the price. With this one being a little cheaper, If you have hard water, I would recommend good maintenance, wipe down any water splashes and try not to leave the parts soaked, because that water will dry the calcium deposits in place. Good air flow will help. I would recommend anyone buy a HEPA air filter for their home/apartment, and the additional air will help dry any water, to prevent possibility of erosion or rust, but you still run the risk of calcium deposits ruining any appliances or sinks you have if you leave the water to air dry.⢠HANDLE / NOZZLE: Good quality, however, I did notice that the underside If you look where the Jets of water come out, this is plastic, not little rubberized outlets like in expensive sinks. It could get damaged/scraped it you are rough with it. If you whack the nozzle on something hard enough, it's possible you could even crack the plastic. The screen that aerates the water, it's plastic, not metal, not researching this, not sure what applicable cons are might be for this. Again this isn't a $300 sink. It fits my needs tho.⢠CORD / HOSE SIZE & LENGTH: Great size and length, you have enough length to be able to pull out the hose to fill a pot sitting on the counter right next to the sink.Recommendation: Check diagram and make sure you correctly install the weight. Might be helpful to have someone help you out on the weight, one of you will pull the hose out to the imaginary pot of water sitting right next to the sink, and the other person installs the weight on the left side directly above the U bend.TEMPERATURE CONTROL / TURN HANDLE: No issues, works as expected. Middle is mild warm, cold is cold, hot is hot, it has colored dots showing the water temperature and direction of handle. The handle is nice and stiff, I can adjust the water pressure to suit my needs. With the pressure being exactly what the line gives me, I tend to find that I don't pull the handle all the way out to give me all the pressure, because my water splashes everywhere. This isn't a problem with the sink, the think gives you exactly the pressure you have from the line, which is awesome, and I tend to find that I don't need all that pressure so I don't pull the handle out all the way.Tip: If your temperatures are reversed, then you reverse the water lines. The valves coming from the wall are usually not marked, make sure you remember which ones which or you will have to remove them and switch them.⢠LIFE EXPECTANCY: I expect 4 years, and I probably won't be here to see this sink die, that will be the next person's problem. Will the sink last longer than that? Without taking it with me, which I can't do because I threw the old one away because I literally had to rip it off and it was so eroded, that I can't put it back on, there isn't a way for me to tell you if it lasts for me past when I leave this apartment. Important part for me is that the sink was cheap enough that I am willing to donate it to this apartment, and it is high enough quality, that is significantly better than I think that was here before. Which basically didn't give me the functionality of being able to clean my dishes. However, do you really expect to use a $40 sink for 6-10 years? I dont. I think the most reasonable expectation is that 4 years from now, you're going to have to remove this one and install another one, and hopefully not due to leaks. I'm very much aware of other things on Amazon having issues with leaks, and not as many people on this sink said the same thing. Let's hope not.Recommendation: Conduct periodic checks for leaks. I'm not saying that I expect this sink to leak, even a $300 sinks could, especially from user error, and poor tightening. This is a little outside this product, but my suggestion is if you own a home, install smart water leak / moisture detectors under or around your most used water appliances, such as under the kitchen sink and in your basement near the water heater.CONCLUSION: My recommendation depends on what your use case is. For me, I rent an apartment, the sink that was here before, was a POS rusted up eroded piece of trash that barely gave me any water pressure and no spray ability. I could barely clean my dishes. The sink is a significant improvement. With great design, great construction, great quality. If you are a homeowner, and you are renovating and rebuilding, You have granite countertops and really nice appliances, then just pay the $300 for a name brand sink with a 10-year warranty. If you are not renovating your house, and you replacing a old piece of garbage sink, and you're looking for good budget options, this sink will definitely exceed your expectations. Just don't expect it to last 10 years. I expect that the next person who lives in this apartment will probably have to buy another one, or maybe they won't even know that there's any problems. That's not my problem. As far as I'm concerned, if this sink springs a leak 4 years from now, well, the original sink that was here was already leaking and already eroding and resting the sink bowl and the metal core of it, so I am very much not concerned whatsoever about what happens to the next person, but I hope this sink lasts for them too.If I have another need to buy another sink, I'll probably buy from OWOFAN again. So, with that, I will conclude my review.Tl;Dr: BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS: Sturdy, Stylish, Good Quality, Happy With Purchase!Removing the old rusted up eroded leaking POS sink that was here when I moved into this apartment took the bulk of the installation time. The rest of the install was a breeze. Make sure you tighten the black plastic piece under sink which holds it all in place. I had to put on gloves to really tighten that sucker down, after that, there were zero issues with stability. Do I recommend this sink to other people? Absolutely! BUT, don't expect 6-10 years of use, but I sure hope it lasts that long for the next person who has this apartment, but I won't be here to know. Maybe I should leave a note under the sink with a handwritten short URL to this product page where they can buy another one should this sink have issues for the next person due to reaching my projected life expectancy. ð¤

Title: Excellent Value
Review: Looks and feels good, not flimsy or cheap-like. Water pressure is good, easy to install. Came with all needed parts and everything worked in right out of the box. I previously bought a similar styled brand name faucet that was literally 7x the price of this one but the quality is not that much different. The expensive one did have nicer packaging. Overall this is an excellent value and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Title: I have purchased this product at least 5 times for different properties
Review: Every rental I renovate, I always put one of these faucets in the kitchen.Overall its a decent product at a decent price. Also it has a normal aerator that can be removed and cleaned as they do plug up easily if you are on well water. It lasts a long time, I never had a leak and its always reliable. I never had a call back from a tenant with this faucet.I do have one reservation and it's the plastic button. Before they had a metal button and now its plastic. I see that as a potential point of failure. But for the price if it can last me 10 years I will be happy. Some of the houses are on year 6 and still no issues. For those that are interested, I would suggest you go for it as it looks nice and overall the quality is good. Also the price is a fourth of what you find at the big box store for the same looking product.Very satisfied!

Title: Looks great, Works as expected, Easy installation
Review: Very reasonably priced. It looks as pictured on Amazon. It was pretty easy to install. but.... as you can see in the picture I have a stainless steel double sink that was in when I bought the house. It is a cheap one that works great, but this faucet is so tall that it wobbles a bit when using the spray attachment because the sink material is pretty thin. I'll probably upgrade my sink soon which will solve that problem.

Muchas gracias.:-)

Many customers say it works well and is one of the best working faucets they have ever purchased. The water pressure is good, though some disagree on leakage and spray effectiveness.
