Title: Lightweight & sharp cutting
Review: I use these as light work kitchen shears, mainly for trimming steaks and chicken. Have not tried on bone tho to be fair.Lightweight and comfortable to use. I definitely recommend 👍🏼

Review: I like Fiskars. We toured the Fiskars campus in Finland. Love the Fiskar products. I use this scissors in the kitchen. Cuts tough meat pieces and through none. To cut through thick bones, I cannot complete due to arthritis in my thumbs, but my husband can successfully cut through thick bones.

Review: I use these for all sorts of things, including cutting up chicken breasts and these scissors just scythe through it all without problem. I'm a big fan as they are very comfortable, and although they are a bit more expensive I think that they are worth it. This is a brand that produces very good quality items that last a long time - my parents have had several of these for easily more than 20 years which is why I bought some of my own.
