Title: Steakhouse quality knives
Review: It’s heavy duty and cuts through a thick steak like butter. I’m very picky when it comes to how a knife cuts through steaks. If its too light weight then I’ll have to exert more force which causes the meat the shred which I don’t like. When the knife is partially teethed at the edge and smooth for the rest of the blade and heavy, the steak will cut perfectly. I love it.

Review: For the price, i would recommend. These knives are very similar to the steak knives used by capital grille. They have a good weight to them, and the serrations are spread out far enough that meat will not get caught in them. However, the blade is a little more flimsy than the blade for the knives used at capital grille, and for that reason i give them 4 stars

Review: These steak knives are a high quality, very sharp and cut through meats beautifully. They are a little heavier than most and have a comfortable grip. Although they are dishwasher safe, I prefer to wash them by hand to keep them looking good.
