High-quality Material -- The professional butcher knife is made of premium 7Cr15Mov high carbon steel. Hardness of 62 HRC make the sturdy blade boast incredible edge retention, anti-rust and anti corrosion. (Due to the high content of carbon, please keep the knife clean and dry after use to resist rust). Black curved wood handle designed for secure grip and it’s easy to hold and use.
Razor Sharp Blade -- Hand-polished 16 degree edge on each side makes the blade ultra sharp, and helps you cutting smoothly with ease. The seamless Full-Tang design and the large finger hole provide a firm grip. The blade is hand-forged with the unique 45 degrees on the top and it’s passed multi-channel composite processes for fine grinding and durability.

Review: This knife is just perfect for your kitchen. I gifted it to my son and he uses it in the kitchen, for going hunting to clean his prey, and cutting up the prey as well. He also uses it to scale fish! Amazing knife!

Title: Is this the right price???
Review: I purchased this knife bundled with a pair of kitchen shears. I figure, for the price, what's the harm, right? I keep going back to make sure what price I paid for this, as this is a really nice knife for what you pay. The steel is probably close to or just under ¼" thick. It is a full tang blank. The handles are dressed flush with the steel and nicely rounded and tapered. The finger hole in the blade is nice and let's you choke up on the knife for added control. I was prepared to be disappointed but just the heft of the knife when I took it out of the box was enough to impress me. As for the box, it is a very well made box and would be perfect for presentation as a gift. The size of the blade left me pleasantly surprised as well as I was expecting a smaller blade. The weight and feel of this thing is just comfortable in the hand. I'm not sure what happened with those that are saying theirs wasn't sharp, but mine was sharp enough to take the hair off of my arm right out of the box. I'm looking forward to using this knife on a regular basis in the future, and am happy enough that I have already started shopping other knives made by this company.

Title: One sweet knife !
Review: I bought this knife based on initial view and description. Well it arrived and I love this knife. It's perfectly balanced, very sharp, and easy to hold. The hole in the knife gives you a perfect feel since you have a better grip. My thoughts are this will help with finer cuts of meat, etc. Seriously, you can't go wrong with this knife ! It'snice. A part of the blade has a rough surface which reduces sticking during deep cuts, etc. Also comes in a nice leather case with a snap strap. Excellent purchase !!!!!
