Title: Well worth the purchase.

Title: Very fast
Review: This replaced my ancient (in computer years) laptop, and it is heads above the old one. I do a lot of photo editing using Photoshop, and the speed increase is dramatic. I’m still trying to wrap my head around 2 terabytes of ssd storage since the old Mac Classic I started with Photoshop on (yes, I’m that old) had a 40 megabyte hard drive and I never thought I’d fill that. The increased ram makes for a noticeable difference in processing speed. The screen is large and crystal clear. Excellent upgrade.

Title: Ports and slots are NOT as shown in pictures and description
Review: Very disappointed in this purchase. I take thousands of pictures each month and one feature I need in a laptop is an SD slot to download the pictures onto the laptop. I looked at the ports and slots and noticed there is no SD port! How is this possible when it is showing this feature in the description? Now I have a laptop that doesn't have what I need and was shown. False advertisement. Hoping this company does the right thing and sends me the laptop that I purchased and was expecting.

Title: Touch mouse pad is disappointing
Review: So far my only complaint is the mouse pad is touchy and often fails to react in the way I am attempting to use it. I edit a lot of family photos and find this frustrating. I am getting better results with a wireless mouse

Review: The charger is meant for a UK outlet, which easy enough to fix. And the keyboard isnt the same as shown in the pictures. Beside that it's a very strong an fast PC, absolutely recommend
