Title: Great powerful laptop
Review: I mainly use it for finances and have 4 ton5 windows running simultaneously with no problems atGreat resolution and accurate touch screen.I wish the thumb pad was a little smaller because it’s easy to accidentally select stuff with your palm (because it’s too big) but overall awesome

Title: Might be returning, doesn’t handle video conferences
Review: I like it but I feel like they sacrificed internal parts for the touch screen and tablet features. My main purpose of having a PC is for zoom conferences because sometimes my Mac computer has issues with them. This computer does too, although my 2019 14 inch hp laptop that has no touch screen and can’t be used as a tablet and was $200 handles them just fine. This computer is also very loud compared to my other HP and Mac. I might be returning this, not sure yet. If updating doesn’t fix this issue I probably will.

Title: Love this Laptop
Review: I really love that it's basically an extension of my phone. All the apps are the same, and anything I do on my laptop shows up on my phone. It also works great with my new HP wireless printer. It connects to my phone and wifi instantly. Super easy to use, screen size is perfect. I love that it doubles as a tablet. Plenty of storage for my business.

Title: Does the job
Review: Overall, a good little laptop. My criticism is with the pre-installed Mcafee antivirus program. It's invasive and a pain. I've never cared for it. Got rid of it right away. The battery doesn't seem to last very long, but my experience is limited at this point.

Title: Fast and Well Made Laptop
Review: Very impressed and happy with this laptop. I'd definitely recommend this laptop for personal & school use. I was a little skeptical about the Intel Core i3, I primarily use i5's and i7's and the i9 is now available. This particular i3 processor is great. Laptop performance is wonderful. In fact, I just bought a similar HP model with the i5 version of this processor and can't see any significant performance difference. If you're a PC gamer, all bets are off, PC gaming is something else entirely.Pro's:* Fast and responsive. I was able to browse the web, browse social media, play videos, run office software, run CAD software and everything was blazing fast. Zero lag. I was even able to do everything while running Windows updates and performance was smooth. I tested a couple of mid-range games and they ran great at maxed out resolution and detail. I wasn't quite expecting that. I thought, "Wow, that's awesome".* Well built. I've always liked HP computers. They build quality machines. The case is sturdy and folds smoothly to be used as a tablet. The keyboard and mouse touchpad are well built. They have a nice feel. The touchscreen is a great feature too as works well. Fingerprint sensor works better than my iPhone.* Great resolution - The color and graphics are rich and crisp. Very easy on the eyes whether working, browsing or watching movies.* Good Crisp sound* Using USB-C docking station (available $10-$30 on Amazon), I was able to charge and run dual monitors in full resolution. I wasn't expecting this! Bonus!* Comes with Windows and minimal software installed (that's a good thing). It has some HP software installed to help manage the hardware and trial version of McAfee and Office 365. Gone is the ton of bloatware and endless trial software that you don't want. Out of the box, it's ready to setup and use. For performance testing, I left all optional software installed, and performance was still good. Thanks, HP!Con's:* I opened up the laptop and discovered you may not be able to upgrade the memory (beyond my skill level anyway). It doesn't use traditional DIMM's, but on-board memory instead. No big deal, the 8GB on-board (2 - 4GB modules) is actually plenty of memory.Overall, I'm very impressed with this laptop and the price is great. Laptop shopping is tough, and this model deserves serious attention. Power and speed is more than adequate for home/school and even business use. It's ready to go with minimal setup. In case you care... I've been in IT for a couple of decades and have messed with hundreds of machines. I'm not a super-guru by any means, but hold my own in the tech arena. I've seen and owned disappointing duds before. That's no fun, and a waste of hard earned money. So I'm very happy to run across this model and give it two thumbs up.

Title: Great option for those with use for convertible features
Review: Good entry level laptop with modest specs. 13th Gen i3 is more than enough power to run all your basic programs with little to no problem. If you start getting into more intensive processing programs like video editing, PC games, or rendering, you may run into some issues. Especially if you are running multiple programs at the same time. But for the majority of us, the processor is perfectly capable for basic tasks. Would have liked a little more HD space than 256GB, but I'm also someone who stores lots of media. Many people don't keep music, movies, or TV shows on their drives and rather stream all of that. The main differentiating factor between this computer and other entry level laptops is the ability to convert into a tablet. While not a unique feature, I have owned two other laptops with this ability, and neither have felt nearly as solid as this one, which is a good sign if this is something that you plan to use the laptop for. Piggybacking on that, the touchscreen is very responsive. When using the computer in convertible mode, I experienced no input lag, and the screen does an excellent job of logging my touch without issue.Overall, this is a good entry level laptop. If you have no use for the convertible feature and have no interest in a touchscreen, there are probably similarly priced laptops without those features and better specs. But if the touchscreen (and convertible tablet mode) is a selling point as something that you want to have, this laptop a very good choice.
