Title: Had two of these with hinges that tore loose from the display.
Review: Bought two of these for customers and both of them had the same problem after four to six months of use. The hinges on these are EXTREMELY stiff and they have tiny screws that pull loose from the cheap plastic sockets that are supposed to hold them to the display lid.I didn't take any pictures but a quick Google search for this model and broken hinge will bring up many pictures of the problem that I saw with both of these. One customer ended up with a damaged display as well due to trying to open the lid once the hinge failed.I had to use JB Weld to reattach the hinges to the display lid and also loosened the tension in the hinges. I cannot recommend this particular Dell model at all.

Title: Excellent buy for the price!
Review: Light enough for convenient carry. Has basic RAM and SSD hard drive storage. but for the price it will easily handle the demand that my mother will ask of it. She definately wouldn't have a use for any high end laptop and she rejected the idea of a touch screen. Very pleased with the processor performance.

Title: Great computer, quick shipping, but….
Review: No backlight. Ordered for my elderly father and no backlight. I am 50 and need backlight for keyboard as well.Too hard to see and I don’t want to purchase a keyboard light to setup. Need backlight on laptops. If I didn’t know there was no backlight, I wouldn’t have ordered.
