Title: Easy assembly
Review: I love this humidifier! The option for essential oils is amazing. Its size is a bit smaller than I expected, but it works really well. I use it for my living room because we use a fireplace for heat. I’m really glad I bought it and highly recommend this product.

Title: Died after a year (4 months of actual usage)
Review: My unit died after a year (probably about 4 months of actual usage in the winter months). The device has a small chamber at the top with the actual humidifier, and a large chamber at the bottom with a pump that gets activated to pump water up to the smaller chamber. My pump stopped working to fill up the upper chamber. Other posts noted the float getting stuck, but I didn't have this problem. I would stick with models that don't rely on pumps from now on as this little cheap pumps are probably prone to failure.

Title: Was good, then died, then seller replaced mechanism
Review: Worked great for almost a year and then one day it was dead. No functions, no lights, nothing.Apparently the circuit board that runs the system is perilously close to the top of the water level. Overfill or bump it when it is max filled will be the end of your system.I am not sure if that is what happened to my system. It worked fine, then I unplugged it and emptied it and let it sit for about a month and a half. When I went to plug it in, nothing.The link to the manufacturer support just goes to review review page. So I put a message in there. Eventually, after I changed my review to one star, the manufacturer contacted me and sent me a new unit with some information about what can go wrong. I will say, this is a fantastic humidifier when it’s working. However, the sudden demise of the last one, will leave me giving the new one side eye for a while. .The Amazon link to the company’s website just gives you a place to leave a product review.Searching the site finds nothing more. I posted a note and no response.Look elsewhere.

Title: Excellent customer service
Review: The unit is attractive and easy to use. Seller sent an email explaining how to use the unit, etc.It is very quiet. Love the remote and sleep feature. Our only issue is getting the unit in our roomto 45 humidity. Our room is 18' x 14' with 12' ceiling, which could be the problem. Other than that, Iwould highly recommend this unit.

Review: Seems to be working fine, but we were expecting more missed. The instructions were a piece of garbage. You need to work on your instructions more but I do recommend buying this product. It is very good quality.
