Title: Comprehensive reference for any aspiring Italian cook!
Review: I purchased this cookbook at the recommendation of one of my Facebook friends, who, during the pandemic, started her own Facebook Live weekly cooking show. Turns out she was given this book by her mother in the 80s, and it's since been her go-to. She's a marvelous cook, and Italian as can be, so this tip was taken with great value. So far, I have made two of the recipes in the book, and today I'm setting out to make the Lasagne recipe on page 95. Get this book if you want authentic, easy to follow, Italian staples.
