Title: This is the best maker I have owned.
Review: I bought this coffee maker 3 months from this review. It was important to have time using this machine before writing meaningful and significant feedback.I have had a cappuccino machine from various makers over the last 40 years. I keep returning to Mr. coffee products. For the price point, this machine is without any doubt fantastic! This is the best maker I have owned. For the most part, it is used daily. The product is of exceptional quality. The Prima Latte Luxe is easy to prepare, use and clean. The proportions of expresso to milk are on the mark.Like any other product there are a few negatives but very minor but the pros by a wide margin outweigh those cons.

Title: Works very well
Review: The height of the platform for different size cups is easy to adjust and it accommodates large cups or glasses. One drawback is that it takes a few minutes to warm up before it will operate and it only stays on about 15 minutes before it automatically shuts down when not used and then you must again wait for it to heat up from scratch to make more coffee. The other similar model is half the price and works just as well.

Title: Milk frother broke
Review: Received the espresso machine and used it for two weeks before milk frother stopped working. Tech support extremely unhelpful, I guess donât buy an automatic espresso maker labeled Mr Coffee.Lesson learned

Title: So awesome
Review: I w has a manual old-school espresso machine for longer than I'd like to admit, because it makes me feel old, but let me tell you this thing is great! Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great cappuccino. Want extra milk, there's a button for that! Extra espresso? There's a button for that too!

Title: Coffee is not hot
Review: I was really excited to receive this machine. Backstory, this is the third machine in the Mr. coffee barista series we have purchased and also the most expensive. Unfortunately although the coffee tastes great itâs simply not hot enough. I sent the original machine back and was sent a brand new one. Unfortunately, it was the same situation. So now after spending additional money, every time I make a latte I have to take it to the microwave and warm it up which is somewhat frustrating. I reached out to Support after the second unit did the same thing. And was told sorry then weâll just give you a refund.Rather disappointed Iâve been a Mr. coffee fan for about 12 years and this is probably the end of our relationship.

Title: A bit of work but a fabulous payoff
Review: I opted for this versatile coffeemaker for events, and could not wait to give it a try. Will break it down into the pros and cons, the latter of which may make other users' experiences a bit easier than mine has been.Pros:1. So many parts are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze.2. The milk reservoir includes an extra lid (beyond the steamer attachment,) so when not in use, the lid can be popped onto the container top for easy refrigeration. (I also disconnect the straw/tube that connects to the frothing top and leave it in the milk for added convenience.)3. Easy, one touch options for three beverages, one or two cup sizes, plus manual overrides for an extra shot of espresso and/or more milk as desired.4. The overall asethetics and relatively small footprint make this a nice addition to the countertop and catering arsenals (though not a DIY machine for event guests, unlike K-cups.)5. Tall reservoir for water and milk means fewer refills when serving multiple cups.6. The coffee's absolutely delicious once brewed--far superior to K-cup brewing.Cons:1. Instructions are insufficient, I tried to find more info on Mr. Coffee's website and that was no help. If the manual is on the website, I could not find it--it was not among the drop-down options.2. Assembly illustrations in the manual are confusing--as a first time espresso maker (me, not the machine,) I tried to figure out the proper assembly of the portafilter and pods, and I'm not sure if I got it quite right. Even after brewing, it retains water which must be dumped after use, even when using a WDT tool to perforate the packed pod.3. The machine makes just a little bit of a mess, so prepare to wipe up steam/a little overflow on the counter.4. Figuring out how to utilize the adjustable tray was the biggest challenge, and neither the product manual nor website offered any help. I finally found a video on YouTube which provided the answer. First, remove the sticker that spotlights the feature re adjustable height, and it reveals two slots. Next, use the metal tray topper (only the metal) from the bottom shelf. It will appear to not fit, but the trick is to angle at about 45 degrees upwards, insert and slide in the slot and snap down into place. The manufacturer needs to add this little tidbit to the manual and/or the website to save a lot of people a lot of frustration.5. The little red tray included slides into slot at the botttom tray. It will only fit one way to ensure it's properly installed. (The manual makes no reference to the color of the tray, so figuring out its purpose took me an extra minute.)6. The overall housing being plastic feels just a little cheap compared to competitors' machines which are made of stainless steel and less expensive.Overall, the taste of the coffee was worth the frustrating the one-time learning curve. All of the beverage options are downright delicious, and I look forward to exploring flavored syrups and additional milk types in the quest for even more amazing beverages.
