Title: The best natural laxative out there!
Review: I will buy this time and time again! Works like a charm! Best used, for me at least, to drink right before bed and then sometime the next day I get relief. It's not meant to be fast acting, so don't go into it thinking it works instantly. It's natural, so expect it to work over at least a days time. Still, it's yummy and works. The taste is great because i feel that it tastes sweet without putting anything into it, it just tastes that way naturally, so I don't feel the need to put anything in it to make it taste "bearable." I can just drink it, it tastes good, and then it does it's job eventually. It also smells pleasant.

Title: Works so well! No cramps
Review: I already had problems going poop before I started weight loss shots and after them I was going for days without a movement. This stuff doesn't cramp you up like stool softener or laxatives. I know, I did not believe that either when I read the reviews, but it really doesn't. I take 3 and usually by the end of the day I just have to go. It's a NATURAL go though. It's just like if a normal person had a regular ol bowel movement. I've only had to take it twice in one day, one time and I had eaten way too much meat. Otherwise, 3 capsules and I get to poop without, straining or pain and no it doesn't give you diarrhea. Just a normal, easy poop. So awesome.

Title: Works Everytime
Review: Best to take the afternoon or evening before the next day you are going out. When I really need it I drink the whole cup of tea. When I need a little help I drink 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup and save the rest in the frig for the next day or 2-3 days later. Works everytime. Every once in a while (rarely) I drink a cup two days in a row. You'll have to find how it will work for you. I keep prune and this tea with me for those times I need it. Great travel tea. You know how sometimes you shut down for a couple of day when you travel.
