Title: Works on damp leaves even some wet.
Review: I just got done finishing up a large Maple. I blew everything into a pile about 10 feet by 20 feet by 2 feet tall. The leaves on the bottom were wet. The rest were damp. I used the Vacuum Mulch feature and it took about 2 hours to vacuum the pile up. I do not have the garbage can adaptor. I had to empty the bag 17 times. I got 2 Worx bags per 1 lawn bag. I could have got 3 but that would have been too heavy of a lawn bag since everything was wet.Overall the the blower works fine and it is very powerful. The Vacuum mulcher exceeded expectations. It really ground up the leaves, even the wet ones. I had one clog and had to manually clear it by releasing the vacuum blower lever and reaching in to clear the clog. I didn't put the bag back on and could not figure out why the vacuum did not work but the blower did. For the vacuum to work, it requires a bag or hose to be attached. For just over $100 this is an excellent buy. It feels durable and well build. The bag release is well designed.

Title: Very HEAVY - Now have changed my mind
Review: I made a poor decision purchasing this item. The blower works well enough but the vacuum feature is pathetic. I have to hold items up to it in order for them to be vacuumed in. Plus it is very HEAVY. I am 200#, 5'11" male and I had a hard time lugging this around my yard. A neighbor thought you could detach the vacuum motor from the blower. He was wrong. All you can do is turn a dial to either blow or vacuum. But the entire tool remains as one single piece. I am keeping it in any case. If need be I will just buy a blower alone. My neighbors have done that and the ones they have are light enough to use. I just thought I need to suck up grass and dead leaves. I do but this isn't the item to purchase to do that.Update: 2018-11-20I have dramatically changed my evaluation from 2 stars to 5 stars. I finally learned how to use this properly. First, the strap around the bag is meant to go over your shoulder to support the weight of the blower/vacuum. Putting the strap at the proper length makes all of the difference in the world for comfort and ease of use. It is a matter of trial and error until it feels right, which it now does for me.The vacuum really works very well. I don't know what I was thinking of with my first rating of 2 stars which criticized the vacuum as 'pathetic.' It is not. It is just like running your home vacuum over a carpet except here you are running it over grass. I found that it even picked up wet leaves that had been pushed into the soil because they had been walked over. You do have to be very careful not to vacuum up semi-branches because they can jam in the rotor which breaks up the debris. The rotor turns to create the vacuum. If the branch is a twig, it will work but if you hear a 'seizing' noise after sucking up any solid object, even thick mulch, turn it off and remove the front section so that you can see the rotor blades. Use needle nose plier to pull out the offending item.I just vacuumed up the leaves from a 5,000 square foot yard with relative ease and had no noticeable strain on my arms or back. It was a lot easier than raking. And, if the leaves are 'blow around' dry, the vacuum picks them so easily as to make it 'fun' -- almost!!!It is important to empty the bag whenever you sense that the vacuum suction is weakening. It takes less than a minute to empty the bag into a disposable bag. Once you have done so and you returning to vacuuming up the leaves, you will notice the increased strength of the vacuum. While it does have the ability to work as a blower, I use a dedicated cordless blower which is easier to handle, gives me freedom to go where I want rather than being tethered to a cord, and works it a bit stronger than this blower. I use a worx 32 v blower. But, it is nice to have the option of using the blower immediately if the need arises. Also, I use a 50 foot 16 gauge extension cord which gives me just enough freedom to work on my entire yard. I have several outdoor outlet around my house.I highly recommend this for keeping your lawn clean of leaf debris.

Title: Works well but very loud and dusty
Review: Does what it's meant to do, but with some unexpected downsides that makes this not as happy a purchasePros:* Powerful: Both blowing and vaccuum modes are powerful, making cleaning up the yard quite a breeze compared to sweeping.Cons:* Somewhat big and heavy: It can get quite tiring to use this for a long time, as it's pretty heavy. It's also on the bulky side, which makes storing a bit harder.* Loud vacuum mode: I expect any vacuum to be loud, but still got caught off guard by the noise level, which i guess comes from the muncher. It takes sometime to get used to, so beware!* Very dusty: Any dust that got sucked up is not really filtered but kinda pushed through the bag, which is meant to be carry on the shoulder. This means dust is blown everywhere. I got covered in dust after 10m of use, and had to wear a mask while using this due to the dust level. This is probably the biggest problem.

Title: Powerful. Works great
Review: This replaces an older Worx vacuum that just wore out over 10 years or more. This has much more suction, a wider intake tube, and grinds debris much more effectively. It effectively picks up pine needles that my other one couldn't.I'm greatly impressed. My older model jammed very often and didn't reduce the leaf volume much. This has made the job much quicker and more effective.Overall, I think it is wonderful. This appears to be a new product than the cheaper Worx vacuum. Buy this one. It is much better.

Title: Works as described!
Review: I took this out of the box on my kitchen counter, assembled it quickly, and then used it for a solid two hours without a hitch! The most time involvement was trying to find a nice long extension cord! I did around a swimming pool area, a whole patio and a large front porch, all deep with oak leaves, and it only took up one yard bag. The next day I used it along fences and sidewalks and the driveway and it only filled up half a bag! It IS loud, so wear ear plugs, and after an hour or so, my shoulder ached from the weight (I’m a 67 yo female), but I tend to let it go long instead of emptying it more often. I love it and still have big plans for it as we have about 20 oak trees that are losing leaves like crazy. It sure made things a LOT neater looking!

Review: Worked brilliantly. You will need a long extension cord, but this means there is no need to buy extra batteries - or cope with depleted or batteries that need replacing. It will tackle damp leaves, but they do not shred as much as dry leaves. The bag fills very quickly, REALLY quickly.

Review: I used this machine to blow the leaves all in a pile, then vacuumed and mulched into the bag. Approximately 750 square feet, with heavy covering of leaves. Did the complete job in 20 minutes. I was surprised at the suction power, quite impressive how quickly those leaves disappeared, then again impressed with the mulching, very happy with it and recommend for small to medium size jobs. 🙂
