Title: Awesome book for baking!
Review: This series of books is just wonderful for bakers. There are such a wonderful variety of recipes if you want something a bit easier or a real challenge. All recipes Iâve tried have turned out great! There are tons of recooked in the book and lovely photos so the book is a very good value. I highly recommend it!

Title: Great recipes and tutorials, horrible indexing
Review: I love Bake From Scratch magazine and have most of the volumes that compile the years recipes. BFS is my go to for recipes and I rarely make something that isn't a hit. Minus one star for a horrible indexing system this year. Categorized by type (cake, yeast, etc) or by ingredients, it's a hunt to find a particular recipe and trying to guess how it's listed.
