Title: 0/10 this is garbage
Review: I could NOT be more dissatisfied with this product if it were literally just a picture of a camera. -1- only one of the two cameras connects; the other one won’t connect. Troubleshoot doesn’t help. -2- the picture quality in daylight is meh. A phone cam at twice the distance can see a license plate this camera is unable to resolve. -3- After two weeks, the swivel no longer works so it doesn’t track motion everywhere it needs to. -4- Speaking of motion tracking, it could not be worse. It will track a moth on the fence 18’ away on the fence in the dark, while ignoring 5 boys vandalizing that same fence 10’ to the left, CLOSER to the cam. -5- The night vision…exists. Every other camera I’ve used, including tiktok filters, has better night vision. -6-The audio quality is worthless, even if you’re touching the cam while you talk. -7- it says it still works when the internet is down, but after my internet connection was vandalized (something else the cam did a crap job of recording) it simply stopped working and had to be reset, and all the alerts disappeared; no footage available for 6 days while I waited for cable repair. I’ve lost weeks of sleep and I will be getting my money back.

Title: Once you figure it out it's great
Review: Until I bought a cheaper model elsewhere I didn't know you pretty much have to "reset" it before you try to use it. Small pinhole at apex of the bulb (next to SD slot) and be patient. 2 cameras set up easily & beautifully, the next 2 were nightmares. But they eventually joined in and now I have all entry points covered.I absolutely dislike the cloud being forced as a purchase: but until I can be in the same zip code, so reviewing the SD cards is a much more simple task, the cloud is a necessary evil.The cameras will take themselves offline and get stuck now and again or fixate on a moving shadow or weed and refuse to allow you to maneuver them; wait it out. The other 80% of the time they're worth it.The cloud price covers up to 5 cameras so in comparison to the other versions I've found where the cloud is a per camera purchase, it's more beneficial.

Title: Good clear pictures
Review: The product has good clear pictures and videos. But when I search for cameras without a subscription for fee and purchase these. They do have a monthly or yearly subscription fee. There has to be paid in order to view them at any time. They do have a spot for an SD card but you still can not really use them unless you pay for it.

Title: If you like to waste money go ahead. Stops working after a few months
Review: I had purchased several of these a few years ago and had no issues. I wanted to add a 3 for a lamp that sits near my disabled husband’s chair. 4 months after installing it suddenly stopped working. Tried to contact Amazon. Absolutely no help!! I was told to contact the seller. Impossible. I was then told to just look up the seller online and contact them that way. Ha! Don’t purchase this unless you like wasting money!!
