Review: Lightweight. Cordless. Bagless. Two vacs in one. Swivels easily. Stands on its own. Attractive design. Easy to grab and go. Unbelievable suction—I was shocked at what it pulled out of my carpet. Makes my life so much easier! Vacuuming shouldn't have to be a dreaded chore; now it's quick and easy.I love it so much, that I convinced my mom and dad, who are elderly, to get one as well. They absolutely love it too. They had a couple of big clunky and heavy vacuum cleaners with great suction, but they were nearly impossible for my parents to move safely. I’m SO glad that I encouraged them to get this and I don't have to worry about them tripping or falling while vacuuming. For them, it is like night and day, really.[** UPDATE 7/2024 **: My Mom loves this vacuum so much that she decided she would like another one for the second floor of their house. It is lightweight enough that she could easily carry it up the stairs, but for convenience, she would like a second one. It makes me feel good that she likes it so much. My parents are very "particular." Initially, I was worried that she would feel that the suction was not strong enough for her carpets, but she is as astonished as I am with how much dirt that is pulled up with each use. I empty the cup on mine every time. Because it is light-weight and relatively quiet, one would expect the performance to be weak, but it is as good or better than the larger uprights I've used in the past.]One minor issue with the design: The nozzle attachment for the handheld vacuum is stored inside the charging base. As others have commented, it would be better if this attachment were more easily accessible (i.e. stored on the vacuum itself). So, if you are about to vacuum and think you might be using the hand-held device at some point, you should grab the nozzle from the base when you remove the vacuum from the charger. This will save you from having to go back to the base to get it.Recommendation: Get the additional warranty for a few extra dollars. I had a cordless Electrolux very similar to this one many years ago and it lasted about a year, so I definitely signed up for the extra warranty for both machines. It adds a couple of years after the manufacturer's warranty run out. Worth it.

Title: Great suction & lightweight
Review: I LOVE this vacuum! I can't believe how great the suction is yet it doesn't sweep up any small cat toys that it comes close to. I'm even able to vacuum the dry cat food flakes off of the cloth placemats which are on the floor. The mats stay on the ground and don't get sucked up into the vacuum. It's also very lightweight and quiet enough that my cats don't get too freaked out. They watch it for a minute before they walk quickly out of the room, unlike my upright vacuum which scares them as soon as I pull it out. I got it on sale ($135) because it was from Amazon Warehouse, but it works like a charm and was a great value. I laughed at some of the reviews which said the charge didn't last long. Obviously they didn't realize there are 2 speeds or that they probably had it on the highest speed, which is how my came out of the box. I used it for a few minutes then hit the speed button only to have it slow down a bit. It still had great suction though. Lucky for me, I have a small apartment so it only takes me around 10 minutes to vacuum all of it, which means I can use it on the highest power without it running out of charge. I was amazed at how much cat hair and dirt it pulls up. I empty the container after 5 minutes just because of the cat hair. I've had it for 2 months now and haven't had to rinse out the filter however I'm sure at some point I will. It hasn't inhibited it's cleaning potential though. The cord length is plenty long enough for my small apartment. (500 sq feet). I also love the hand held vacuum with all of its attachments. The power is awesome. It has truly made me enjoy vacuuming now.

Title: Great Vac
Review: The vacuum has been a total surprise as it does as advertised. I recently adopted a rescue and she sheds, this vacuum is great, pick up hair on hardwoods, carpet and rugs with ease. Very good suction on carpet [could vary by type nap/pile], where other brands have failed. I would say it's lightweight and can maneuver under and around many items. Love the handheld and the attachments. I like that it stand up. Easy to clean filters. I can vacuum 3 rooms, different flooring on a charge and more. I am giddy to have this wonderful vacuum for a lot less than some higher end brands. It gets the job done for me.

Title: So soooo close to perfect, but its still amazing
Review: Although my order was 2 days late it was so worth the wait! Why 4 and not 5 stars?Pros: Easy to put together, floor charger not a wall mount, ridiculously lightweight, feels sturdy, has good suction, 2 power modes, easy to clean filter, nice color!Cons: the attachments for the mini vac should have a place on the main unit to hold them so that when you pop out the mini you can quickly attach, the main unit doesn’t click into place to let it stand upright for when you use the mini vac ( unless I’m missing something)?, I wish the pet one came in more colors ( just a personal thing), it does tend to “drive itself” almost like self propelled on some turns haha its no a huge turn off, but its odd…lol.Overall im very satisfied. Be careful when attaching the handle into the base when you unbox it…there is a screw that needs to come out first, then go back in.I recently had brain surgery and I can’t push our ( what feels like a 200lbs) Dyson….I did my research and the big brands in the lightweight category ; shark, Dyson, etc …didn't get the best reviews for their buck….then i stumbled upon this and im very happy I did. My boyfriend would have killed me if i got one that had to have a batter charger installed into the wall… i love the floor based charge station!If you don’t have pets you don't need the “pet one…I have a dog that does not shed, but my hair sheds like crazy so I figured that is like the same difference ha…after talking to a customer service person he laughed and said yes get the pet one.If you can get past those things you’ll love this! I am not calling it a game changer I would not send it back over those few cons, they’d just be nice in my option.It came with about 5 min worth of a charge so I got to zoom in around its great moving from hard floor to carpet too!
