Title: Exceeded Expectations
Review: I recently purchased the Bymore Fabric Shaver to tackle the lint balls on my elastic belly band. Initially, I was skeptical about the effectiveness of any of the choices, because of the elastic fibers trapping the lint balls, but I'm glad other's reviews swayed me to pick this one and its results exceeded my expectations. The fabric shaver worked amazingly well, perfectly removing all the lint balls and restoring my belly band to a like-new condition. Its performance was impressive, and it was easy to use. I highly recommend the Bymore Fabric Shaver to anyone looking for a reliable solution to keep their clothing looking fresh and new.

Title: Works great!
Review: I just used it and got rid of pilling on the knee area of a pair of knit pants. I had my doubts, but it worked GREAT! Was so easy and quick. Happy to see it included 2 extra blades, too! And can use batteries or plug in.

Title: Works well but takes a minute
Review: This is great value for what you pay. You get two replacement blades, a charging cable, a cleaning brush, and a bag for it.It doesn't work as quickly as I had hoped, but I've also never used one before so there's no real baseline that I'm referencing. It is compact and can travel well in a purse or suitcase if you need that.The battery cover pops off easily, so be careful about that. I might just tape mine down because I'm tired of having to press it shut so often. I think that it is rechargeable, so I am excited about that. I haven't tested that out yet.It seems sturdy for use, but maybe not the best to throw around in a purse or tote bag too much. It is mostly plastic, same for the screen, blades, and electronics.Overall a good buy, and it works great on removing pilling from my clothes. I'll have to figure out what to do regarding my looser knit sweaters, as it doesn't work too well on those.

Title: It works well enough, but read the manual first
Review: This item is OK for the cost, and I have no major issues with it (i.e., I didn't return it). However, it has a few flaws that I think should be addressed. First of all, when holding/using the device, your fingers end up on the battery compartment cover, which is weakly secured and frequently comes loose due to finger contact during use. However, it's easy to re-seat the battery cover, which is a good thing since it comes off so easily. Next, the included documentation states that it can be powered directly using the included USB cable, which is a welcome feature. However, it also states that the voltage received should be no more than 5 volts, and the current received no more than 1 ampere. I own many USB power adapters, and of those *physically* compatible, they all are rated as outputting more than 5 volts and 1 amp--except for *one* old adapter I hadn't used in several years. It's possible that a power adapter would deliver the correct voltage and current *if* the fabric shaver can signal to the power adapter what its own limits are for voltage and current, however I'm assuming that's not the case since the warning was specifically given. Finally, the manual states that the battery should be removed before running the device from a USB power source. It should be relatively simple to disconnect the battery from the power circuitry when the switch is in the 'USB power' position, but since that's not the case, the user needs to remember to do that. In summary, this device works well enough, but it's not something I'd get for someone else to use. It's not just grab-and-go; you need to be careful about how you use it, so I suggest reading the manual before doing any fuzz-trimming with this item.

Title: Our couch looks brandnew
Review: Worth every penny. Normally don't write reviews, but this product worked so well and made our couch look almost brand new without all the pilling. Some reviews said it took time, but we just did a few sections at a time and it worked wonderfully. Highly recommend
