Title: Golden Age of Radio?
Review: If only we had more ways to communicate, said nobody born after 1990 like, ever.“Hey, text me!”“Didja get that email I sent?”“Call me for lunch sometime!”“Yo, imma slip into your DMs.”“Gramma sent you a birthday card!”“Shoot me a fax!”“Tag me on Facebook/Insta/Snap etc.”Now I’ve added these fantastic little gadgets to my communications suite. For the price advertised, I really wasn’t expecting much but like that time went on a blind date in the Philippines, boy was I surprised!The radios are a bit lightweight so I cannot attest to their durability or longevity yet, but I was pleased that they are powered by the included AA rechargeable batteries. This makes it easy to swap to regular AAs in an emergency and buying replacement rechargeables easy and inexpensive. The radios come with three quick-disconnect lanyards so that the radios can be worn like some sort of retro-tech hip-hop fashion accessory.I was also intrigued by the included USB charging cord with three plugs. You can recharge all three radios simultaneously with one cord. Now that’s some clever, upper-management style thinking right there!The range is decent if not impressive but will suit the task I obtained them for - low-effort short-range communication betwixt a group of vehicles traveling together. Your results may vary but these a decent value.

Title: Solid set on a budget
Review: These offer more features than I could ever want out of a set of walkie talkies. I've been on the lookout for a set like this to use at the leather studio I work at, where it can otherwise be difficult to communicate between two floors over the sound of air-compressors, exhaust fans, and heavy machinery. These will also come in handy for live activations where we're loading equipment in and out of larger venues like hotels and convention centers. I haven't tested the range too extensively but I can confirm that I was able to communicate clearly at a half mile in an urban setting with buildings and a giant hill in the way. The feature set is fairly extensive so it takes a little time and focus to dial in your settings with the limited buttons and lcd display. The instruction manual is pretty thorough, however, which is helpful for someone like me who has very little technical knowledge of radio frequencies, bands, modes, etc. Once I got them all on the same wavelength, I locked the buttons and haven't adjusted anything since. For the money, I'm quite pleased. Would have preferred USB-C, but am happy that it comes with a three-way micro usb cable so I'm not having to keep track of three separate cords.

Review: Ok...TOPSUNG has done there thing w/these Long Range Walkie Talkies not once, not twice, but 3 times!!!! This set/combo is an AMAZING VALUE w/the AMAZING QUALITY accompanying it!!! These are a great gift idea-which is exactly what these are…a gift for my Brother who loves hiking & off roading w/ATV’s. He used then on his latest adventure & said these were AWESOME!!! He loved the long battery life-he said they lasted his whole weekend trip. They were super easy setting them up! Also, he loved that the range went so much more further than his current older ones & he was blown away by how clear the sound quality was!!!”These are freaking AMAZING!!!”…his words exactly!!!lol!!! These definitely made it into our 2024 list of recommendations!!! YES YES YES!!!

Title: Really impressed with the range on these
Review: I wasn't expecting much from these, but they're actually pretty solid little units; as some others have mentioned, it's weird that they have a volume knob that doesn't also act as the power switch but that's a minor complaint... The range on them is impressive; I had my son take one with him to his mom's house which is almost a mile away and we were able to talk on them with minimal interference. They honestly have way more features that I haven't gotten into yet, but I do plan on getting some ear pieces for them so we can use them when we go skiing.

Title: Solid but lightweight
Review: These quality Milwaukee is seem to be really well made, but they are so light they feel like toys. That's just perception though, they do everything they're supposed to do, and they look pretty sharp. If you happen to be going for a hike through the wilderness, you don't have to worry about them bugging you down or adding to your load, and that's a big plus. I like that their color coded and it seems to me that that could be useful for something. I can't place my mind on it at the moment but, whatever it is my subconscious is trying to tell me, I'm glad that each one has their own distinction. We often use them as an intercom around the house, and their distance seems to extend pretty far. They are great for car to car conversation if you're following each other on a trip, and if you are still on a minutes playing with your phone, that can really cut down your bill. Also, it's great when you're out in the boonies and there's no cell towers around.They're nice to keep around, and they might also be essential if the world ever goes sideways. Not bad for the price, and it can't hurt to have them. This could be one of those "why not" purchases that become a "definitely must." It's always good to be prepared.

Title: A nice little set of walkie talkies
Review: This set of walkie talkies comes with 3x radios of different colors: grey, yellow, and blue, 9x batteries, 3x per walkie talkie, 3x lanyards, a custom USB charging cable to charge all 3 radios at the same time, and a user guide. The walkie talkies feel very light and cheap, made of plastic. The batteries are Nickel Metal hydride, which is an older battery technology. The USB connectors are also micro USB. The radios provide 22 channels and 10 NOAA channels. They work well and range was good. The speakers provided OK sound. They worked well in our testing.Overall I believe it is of ok value for the cost. As always I will evaluate long term and update with any new information
