Review: I used homemade 1-2-3 dough so the cookies would not expand, it worked out perfectly. It is easy to handle and the shape is perfect. The only annoying part is getting the cookies out without pushing the dough to hard but if you flour every 3-4 times before stamping out the cookie, you are okay.
