Title: YUMMY POT FOOD
Review: I have had this book all of three days, and already have dived into making some of these recipes. I have tried the Minestrone soup, I added some thick tube noodles to it and garlic.....it was amazing and better than Olive Garden. Did the hummus, and wow, best hummus I have ever had...and so fast, no overnight soaking the chickpeas. I am in love with my pot and this cookbook helps me to create new recipes I have never tried and make other foods much faster and better. It's a nice hardback book, with nice pictures and easy to follow. Often the ingredients are the normal ones we all carry in our kitchen. I am doing an Denver Omelet next, cuz I can never get omelets just right. I'm glad I bought it!

Title: Well That Is Odd
Review: The contents of the book are good. Complete set of clear instructions for operation of the Instant Pot. It contains a wide variety of recipe choices with clear instructions, expectations of prep and cook times, and fantastic color photos. The book stays open to the page you want so even though it is not spiral bound, it acts as a cookbook should act on your counter.It's still too early to say the recipes are fantastic, because I just can't confirm that yet.The thing is, as you may be able to tell in the video, the cover is up side down and the back is the front. And....the copyright page is missing. So very odd.

Review: I got an instant pot as a gift, and I bought this book after because I didnât know how to use it, and besides having pretty easy and nice recipes it has some tricks for the instant pot and for first time users I thought it was pretty cool.The recipes are easy and great! I have done 20 so far and they are great!

Review: Fantastic. Not just a recipe book but explains all about using a pressure cooker. How to use it, what you should have to get the most out of the pot. Answer questions you might have and everything you need to know to use itâs many buttons. Excellent recipes with all you need to know to make them successfully. A must own book. Thank you for writing it.I watch a lot of You Tube videos on the Instant Pot and all of them say that they never use the low pressure when cooking. Last night I made the most delicious Ratatouille ever. If I didn't have this book I never could have made it. After sauteing everything you press pressure cook on LOW for 2 minutes the QPR. I would never have done that if not for her recipe. SHe has so much to offer in how to use the pot. I used the Yedi 6 qt. which is the same as I.P. and I love it. In her book she lists things that you should have when using the I.P. I would add Cooking Stages kitchen step stool which is a beautifully made stool that is around 36" wide and eithe 16 or 22" deep for people who find their counters too high and have trouble reaching comfortably into the I.P. especially the 8 Qt. which is very high. I was having a lot of trouble as I am 5'3' and my counters are 37" . The pots are too high to stir and do all that is needed when sauteeing or taking things out of the pot. AN Engineer noticed this problem with his wife and designed 2 different kinds after getting advice from chefs. One is plastic, very strong (holds (500 lbs.) and is light and the other is wood, wider and longer than the plastic one. I have stood on other stools and have been afraid to fall or move as they were too small. These are great. They are sold on Amazon and are reasonably priced especially when you see how they are made. Coco should considering adding them to her list of helpful tools and equipment.Just bought her other book.

Title: Informative cookbook, nice hardback book, glossy pages but needs more pictures
Review: It's a nice hardback cookbook. But I wish it had more traditional recipes included. I'll never make most of the recipes in it but I did mark maybe 6 recipes I'd like to try. I like that it gave detailed instructions though. I would've given it 5 stars easily if there would've been pictures for every single recipe but pictures were only included for about 25% of them. I really wanted recipes for the usual things I cook in my slow cooker, you know like dinners that take 8 hours to cook. I know I'll never cook Beef Pho that took up 2 whole pages of the book but there's no picture of the dish. Or yellow lentil curry. If I can't see the final product then I won't want to cook it. Eating is partly visual and seeing a dish lets me imagine cooking it and eating it.

Title: Beautiful cookbook with a great range of dishes!
Review: I purchased this book for a Christmas gift for my dad, who taught me the joy of food as a child and just bought an Instant Pot last week [and hopefully isn't reading these reviews spoiling the surprise]. I have made other recipes by the author in the past and always enjoyed her dishes, but don't have an Instant Pot; however, I couldn't help but flip through to get inspiration for my own cooking. [I'll for sure be adapting the chicken & andouille sausage gumbo and the red wine short ribs back out of the Instant Pot to make in my kitchen.] There's a ton of variety, everything is beautifully photographed, and I can already tell I'm going to LOVE going over to my parents' house for dinner when Dad uses my gift.UPDATE: Dad's been cooking up a storm - so much that he's been pawning off food on his and my mom's siblings as well because he wants to try more dishes than just the two of them can possibly eat. My aunt and uncle went over for a dinner [cooked in the Instant Pot, of course] and my aunt, the main chef of the family before my Dad started trying to take her title, ended up glued to their couch reading the cookbook cover-to-cover to get ideas for her future meals too. It's definitely a hit in my family!

Review: The best I can say about this 'eBook' is that it's a paper book just copied and made available as an eBook. It's okay if I put it on my 4k monitor (which I don't keep in the kitchen incidently) but trying to read this on my phone is torture on my eyes. If I zoom in, then I have to move the page from side to side in order to read a full line which, when you have your hands covered in meat and vegetable juices isn't practical. If I don't zoom in then I can't read it (even with readers on).Not that I have a problem with the recipes, they're quite good, altho it's distracting reading all the measurements and ingredients in imperial and US centric product names....but I expected that.All in all, there's a better Ultimate Instant Pot Cookbook on Amazon for less than half the price with more and better recipes.
