Title: Works Great
Review: I have a toddler who is obsessed with mac n cheese but very impatient for when she wants to eat it. This works out so well and I was impressed with how quickly it cooked everything. One thing I don't like is the instructions are on the bottom of the dish so once you put the water and noodles in you better know what you're doing. I usually keep instructions for items like this taped to the inside of the cabinet they are in so was little disappointed there weren't any included except what is on the item. I also recommend draining some if not all of the water before adding in your milk otherwise it can get very soupy.

Title: PAYS FOR ITSELF!
Review: I was paying $2.65- $3.75 for a microwave mac n cheese meal... for a single serving. Now, I buy a store brand box of mac n cheese for around $1, and I have leftovers for another 2 meals! The instructions are VERY easy to follow. In 4 minutes, the pasta is ready. You can leave the food in the container & store it in the fridge (cover the container).I consider this an EXCELLENT way to keep money in the pocket... instead of paying a RIDICULOUS amount for just ONE meal. When you start buyingthe boxed pasta w cheese, set aside the difference you would have paid for that single serving. If you are like me & eat it a couple times a week, set that difference aside too for one month. You will be surprised about how much you saved!I forgot to mention... the container is very sturdy & the color is nice. When I cooked the mac n cheese in it, and had leftovers waiting in the fridge for a couple more meals... each time, I heated it in the microwave til it was hot. when I washed the container, there were NO STAINS.Another thing-when I took the cooked pasta out of the microwave, I was able to handle it without any problems. It looks sturdy- I wanted to see what would happen if I dropped it- whether there would be any cracking or chipping. So, I dropped one on the floor, to see if it would get damaged. Not a scratch or a dent.Money well spent.

Title: Awesome
Review: Macaroni dinner in about 6 minutes whatâs not to like. Itâs better, cheaper, and faster than making 1 easy Mac per kid if you have 2 or more kids. Would buy again no doubt.

Title: Turn all mac/shells and cheese to microwave
Review: I was skeptical on this product at first but there were some YouTube videos that showed it worked.First I tried Annieâs shells and cheese. (Where you add milk and butter to the cheese powder. Followed the instructions but way too much water was left. I tried to increase the microwave time after it was mixed. So in the future I would add about an inch overfill of water over the pasta and then microwave for 3 and 3 minutes. Then I tried Mac and cheese deluxe. The one with liquid cheese sauce. When I filled the pasta it was up to the water line. So I over filled it by 3/4 inch of water and cooked 4 and 5 minutes, stirring in between. It came out perfect, tender pasta and all the water was absorbed or boiled away.So everyone is going to have to trial and error the amount of water and the (two) microwave times. But once you get it down, this is a major time saver. Makes it even easier to cook it, and makes clean up much easier, just the one bowl.At the end this looks to be a 6 quart microwave safe plastic bowl. So you might find a cheaper alternative, but the construction of this bowl seems superior to most plastic microwaveable bowls. At $3 to $4 ($8 for a two pack) I would recommend buying this. But be ready to do some trial and error.

Title: Worked perfectly
Review: After reading reviews, I used slightly less water. It worked nicely and mixing cheese or tuna into the noodles was easy. Just wipe around the edges where the starch gathers and there isn't a need for using another bowl.

Title: Noodles not done in time recommended.
Review: It would be a faster alternative to boiling water on the stove. However, I followed the instructions that came with the bowl and noodles from Mac & Cheese were not done. Had to re-do them so they were done. Needed at least another minute or minute and a half.

Title: VERY Convenient & Easy!
Review: These Rapid Cook Microwave containers are AWESOME! They make cooking boxed mac & cheese so easy that even my teenage son uses it, lol! Instead of the @ 10-15 minutes it takes making it on the stove top, it takes @ 5 minutes using these containers and it only dirty ups the container itself! I would definitely recommend them! ð

Title: Great to make larger packs of real Asian brands of instant ramen -- here's the how-to!
Review: I got the two-pack so I could give one to my son. We both primarily cook Korean instant ramen, which comes in much larger packs than the typical American ramen.I break the ramen into 4-6 pieces before I open the package, and fill the water about a half an inch above the suggested fill line, sprinkling both packets into the water, and scattering the chunks into the cooker. They won't be immersed.I cook the ramen for three minutes in my full size microwave (not sure of the wattage, but it works with most standard microwave recipes by the clock). Then I stir it, add any amendments (finely diced onions/scallions, an egg or two mixed into the hot broth, diced leftovers) and put it back for another three minutes. Then if the eggs are not done, after I stir it again to be sure, I nuke it for another 30 seconds, but that's rare -- usually only if I added cold diced leftovers from the fridge or something. When my son was little, perhaps in Kindergarten or first grade, he was invited to a play date, and the mom asked if the boys wanted ramen for lunch, and got an excited "Sure!" But when my son got to the table, what he saw was something like Chicken Top Ramen with plain broth in a soup bowl.He had no idea what it was, lol. It looked nothing like the bowls of ramen from home, which always included egg and some form of onion and the reconstituted dried veggies that come in a packet from the Korean brands. If you haven't tried this, it's the difference between twenty cents and less than a dollar for much better noodles and more than twice as much -- and something worth putting a little effort into making a real meal.

Review: Still faster than boiling water but don't believe the hype. The pasta always comes out hard despite having to put it back in for an additional two or three minutes to cook (I like al dente pasta but this is half way there at best). When you fill the water to the line according to the instructions, it's gone well before the 4.5 min suggested cook time is up, which is funny because with my 1000w microwave on high the water doesn't even start boiling until after you've taken it out and stirred it at the 2.5 min mark. If you add even just a bit more water to compensate, it boils over the sides and makes a starchy mess in the microwave. Not worth even half of what they cost.Would not buy again.

Review: Silly me, I didn't read prior to ordering. I thought I got myself instant Mac&Cheese. To my amazement, they were just 2 plastics which I do not need. (They didn't come in boxes, but it's ok.) I was like, where's the macaroni? I wish I could return them cos I do not wanna use plastic stuff. They remind me of empty ice cream containers and flower pots.
