Review: Great amount for the price! It’s going to last me for years. Really helps relax my muscles and I made some into a spray for my feet to help me sleep at night. Only downside is if you use too much it leaves a chalkiness on the skin but i think thats just user error.

Review: I work night shift sometimes and can’t sleep in the morning for more than couple of hours. Always tired on my next night shift. These magnesium flakes helps alot with the sleep and makes your body relax. I only soak my feet. Once tried in bath tub soaking full body after long drive it was quite relaxing.
