Review: Just started the cut and within the first 5 days I'm already down 3 Lbs. It's still early but so far I don't feel deprived of any foods. I already have so much energy and feel better from eating clean and doing the workouts.The plan is very easy to follow and it's for everyone. It lays out exactly what you need to do to lose weight and get healthy by eating right and exercising. It's for all levels from beginner to advanced. I definitely recommend the cut to people who are serious about losing weight and/or want to get cut!

Title: The Cut
Review: I give this book 5 stars because Morris & Obi thought about everyone and was a page turner. Both young and old, gym membership or not, male or female. They even tackled some of the myths about weight loss that I've always questioned. I enjoyed the Q&A because the questions were realistic. Morris & Obi provided both meals and work out routines that I felt was helpful and encouraging to help you to reach the goal. I can't wait to get to week 12, so I say thank you gentlemen for writing this book.

Title: Good Information
Review: Very good book with great information. I just wish the plan were laid out a bit more easily. I have delayed in implementing more than likely due to the need to actually go in and dissect the elements. Perhaps it's just my preference for a visual or chronological approach.This plans appears to provide a bit more flexibility and as such may be a better fit in the long run as it isn't actually a "one size fits all" in terms of following the plan.

Review: This book was first of all an easy read and captured your attention. Great picture examples, realistic weight lost pics. Recommended for those who have tried lots of diets but not succeeded. Not over glamorized even though it includes a celebrity. For those who started exercising and stopped seeing results. Good read.

Review: I am enjoying and benefiting from this book...It is EVERYTHING the authors said it was...I was first impressed with the photo's of the twelve week trial participants...they didn't look like models but they DID look like individuals I know who were in the process of losing weight so that made it believable to me...also second day on plan I felt wonderful, after a week I noticed diabetic itching has stopped...this is so do able...and the best eating plan I've had....my husband and I seldom use the "cheat" days because the eating plan is so good

Review: Follow up to my one star review:This review is not for those who can lose weight easily (meaning that they do not find it hard to lose weight and keep it off for some unscientific or medical reason). This comment/review is for those who have a hard time losing weight; even if they exercise and eat healthy (I repeat exercise and eat healthy; and for those who should try to get fit). Those who exercise and follow a healthy diet may have something else that affects their ability to lose weight that is beyond their control (something a trainer or fitness guru can't fix). It could be some chemical imbalance in their bodies, DNA, or some other scientific or medical condition which does not allow them to lose as easily as someone else. Just because some guru out there states “TO LOSE POUNDS IS JUST CALORIES-IN AND CALORIES-OUT AND EXETCISE” DON’T LET IT GET YOU DOWN.I don’t think this book is another gimmick. I think the book is LEGIT. This book is just not a “fix all” for those who have trouble losing weight, because of medical or scientific reasons that affects their bodies, like so many trying to lose weight. The book has some good points to follow for those who find it hard to lose weight and for those who find it easy.For those who are overweight/obese who must start somewhere to lose weight and get fit, I say it’s a good book; not complicated to follow (you must start somewhere to lose and get fit – this book is where you can start). This is why I’m rating the book 3 stars. It is not a “one pill fits all.” For those who find it hard to lose and get fit, I think you should give it try – it can’t hurt.

Review: I've lost 19 pounds so far, following the blueprint of what to eat is a bit confusing being that im a picky eater, but once you find food that you like its ok. I take the protein shake in the morning with 2 fish oil capsules, then work out using the home plan, I walk on my treadmill for 10 min to warm up. then I eat two eggs, after the work out. I keep a jar of peanuts on my desk to snack on, then follow the plan for lunch and dinner,...

Review: Awesome! And it's foods we eat everyday, just in different portions. It's really all about portion control. I lost 5.8 pounds in 9 days and not once did I feel like I didn't have enough to eat! Actually, I misread one of the portions and was eating too much of it or I likely would have lost more. Ronnie.
