Title: Anther Winner from Jeffrey Eisner.
Review: When Jeffrey Eisner writes a cookbook, he does not disappoint. His cookbooks are well thought out, and everything I've tried has been great. I have all his cookbooks (the instant pot rainbow - all 4 books and this pasta one.) He is one of the few cookbook authors of whom I would buy their book unseen. He's consistent and his recipes are really good. One of Jeffrey's instant pot books is the automatic gift I give to any friend who gets their first instant pot. Now we have this pasta book. It is a fabulous book as well. Jeffrey gives lots of great instruction and offers easy substitutions for cooks. If you need a meal with pasta, Jeffrey has some choice recipes for you. This was a book I didn't know I needed until I got the book and started reading it. Wow. So much here and so convenient. Worth more than 5 stars.

Title: EASY to follow and ORGANIZED recipes!
Review: This cookbook will make you wonder why all other cookbooks (except Jeffreyâs) are so poorly organized and confusing!! Love Jeffreyâs format, his style, how CLEAR the instructions are. This is perfect for BUSY people and moms and dads and families who want to resist the urge of ordering take out or resorting to processed frozen foods over and over again. I am NOT a big home cook, but I am not intimidated by these recipes and excited to make some this week. I love it so much, Iâve sent three more copies off to family members that I think would also enjoy it. Need more Jeffrey content / tv appearances in my life because heâs so entertaining.Bon appetit!

Review: Love the latest from Jeffrey. I have several of his instant pot cookbooks, which I adore. This latest, as his instant pot books, have step by step instructions and photos of every delectable dish.There are new spins on pasta and sauce combinations. Iâm going to first make his Ravioli with carrot sauce. Next, Iâm trying to decide between the Chicken Marsala tortellini or the Philly Cheesesteak Pasta.Dumpling soup, Pickleball pasta salad and Egg Roll Rotini, gives you a glimpse of his creative genius. Bound to be an Amazon bestseller.

Review: I am a Jeffrey fan so I got this cookbook to add to my collection. It did not disappoint. Quick, very flavorful and mostly easy recipes that will appeal to the whole family. He's creative and adds his flair to some old faves, and comes up with creations all his own, too. I always enjoy anything I have made from this and the other of Jeffrey's cookbooks.

Review: No pressure this time; itâs all stovetop! Jeffrey has done it again. Great pictures, something for everyone, easy instructions, lots of tips if you want to do things differently, and his affable easy humorous demeanor shining throughout. At first I thought it had everything except dessert, but wait, there IS a sweet pasta dish!

Title: LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
Review: Was so excited for Jeffrey's new book and it certainly did not disappoint. I've already made the Pasta Primavera on page 156 and it came out delicious!! I even added chopped rotisserie chicken to make it a meal. Jeffrey's recipes are easy to follow, I usually have all the ingredients in my pantry and are fool proof for an amateur cook like me. This book is a must have! (Thank you Jeffrey! My family thinks I know how to cook because of your recipes).
