Title: Outstanding Different Format, the Best of 20 years, not all of them!
Review: This book arrived the same day and I devoured its new format.The complaints about this version are people NOT reading the description and confusion. The book clearly states, THE BEST of, this is NOT the yearly updated version with all 20 seasons. With that out of the way, I like the format.Make the Boston Cream and plan two days to get it ready. And ten minutes for it to disappear. Absolutely a showstopper with friends and family! My only suggestion for any of the books is that they list the total amount of time you need to prepare a dish in the description. Sometimes you donât realize that things that taste this good can take many hours to sit and soak in spices, prepare, cooling time and set up time as well as prep.As a fan of the show, I have cooked tons of the ATK recipes. I attend the sessions on Holland America Ships and learn so much about cooking. What I like in this book is the entire staff add personal notes about the recipes. Itâs a more intimate book. You not only learn the science but get to know the crew better. I eagerly read the comments of the crew more so than the recipes, most of which I have anyway.Now of course getting the new 2020 recipes were a hit. Even though I have barely finished cooking year 19.So if you understand what your buying, and youâre a fan of the men and women who make us happy with every 30 minute episode you will not be disappointed.And honestly, at $20 its one of the best values out there for a great âbestâ of cookbook.

Review: I love to cook but hate complex recipes.This book is filled with recipes you will love - not just a few. And they are easy to prepare. My husband always looks at tme when I order another recipe book, but this one! This one he has agreed is not only a keeper, but a must have.Every day ingredients, but not filled with the same old casseroles you get in so many others. Not one fried chicken but several different varieties, (in the oven or a top the stove) ingredients vary and new enhanced flavors. And the list goes on and on! They tell you why each recipe works and what did not work in their development of it so you do not make the same mistake.This would make a great gift. Or if you are looking for new ideas but not a new version of the same old thing, THIS is the book to buy. And their Weeknight Chicken! Already one of our favorites. These are EYE POPPING Excellent.

Review: Some in depth articles on the ATK people you see on the show. It has the recipes from season 20, but it does NOT contain all the recipes from season 1 on.It was fine for what it is, but I try to refresh my cookbooks every 5 years, and this wasn't what I was expecting. I hope the 25th anniversary book isn't like this.

Title: I love ATK cookbooks!
Review: And this cookbook is no exception. There's two parts to this cookbook: Best-Ever recipes and the 20th season. Just having those sections make this a great addition to my ATK shelf of cookbooks. But something else too. The annuals are getting too heavy! It's jarring to lift up the annual collections. I don't know why ATK needs to pack everything in ONE volume when two or three would be better. But getting back to this one, that isn't the problem here. It's handy and easy to search to find what I want. During the pandemic, when I've been cooking more, I've resorted to this volume more than the others. The large color photo and easy to ready recipes make this my favorite collection to date. I don't think I need to pick out recipes to support my case. ATK fans will find that the favorites in this volume are many times our favorites too.

Review: I watch the ATK tv show for various recipes and find that they are including many from various cultures. I like having recipes that vary in their technique and flavors. This book allows me to make copies of any recipe that I find worth trying and saving. Occasionally, it varies from the recipe given on tv (usually in a minor way) and I find this concerning but it happens seldom enough that the book deserves a full five.
