Title: I'd recommend it!
Review: This book is awesome! It's really helped a lot in guiding me through "The Song of Solomon" and helped me better appreciate the (very romantic) story of Solomon and the Shulamite woman as well as the love of Christ for His church. It also has really practical tips for relationships at all stages, but especially for marriage.

Title: Highly recommend for singles seeking a Godly spouse
Review: This is probably the best book I have ever read about how God designed relationships. This book takes you through Solomon's relationship with his wife from the dating stage, to marriage, to the honeymoon, and finally to everyday life in marriage. You learn about the ups and downs of relationships and how God calls us to be reconciled with the person to whom we are married.I gave this book to a friend who was in a relationship with a guy who was not treating her like a guy in pursuit. This book helped her see that. She told me that this book spoke to her almost as if it was written just for her.I would recommend this to anyone who is dating or married. I encourage single people to read this book, so they can see how God designed relationships to function from dating to marriage to married life. I would recommend it to married people as a reminder of how to treat one another and always be in pursuit.

Title: Intro - insightful; just beginning book
Review: Dr. Jeremiah is a excellent speaker (preacher) and writer. The Intro. says just what he means to say outright, on the subject. He brings the Song of Solomon to life in an explicit way. He describes the characters meaningfully and well. He doesn't apologize for what the characters are saying or doing. His interpretation is honest.

Title: The Song of Solomon Demystified
Review: Does God really care about sex? Well, since He created it and wrote a whole lot about it in the Bible, the answer is "yes". Dr. Jeremiah's book about the Song of Solomon or Song of Songs lays God's views on physical love, sex, Biblical marriage out in plain view and with clear understanding. What was once more of an allegorical book is explained in depth by Dr. Jeremiah as a real-life marriage manual based on the life of King Solomon and his Shulamite bride, their courtship leading up to their marriage and early married life as experienced between a Middle-eastern Royal and rural peasant girl of the day.

Title: Kinda Dull
Review: I purchased this book to use as a guideline to teach a couples class in my church. I was hoping this book would take us through the book of Song of Solomon with some helpful insights to intimacy between husband and wife. While I consider David Jeremiah to be a reliable author who faithfully teaches the truth, I found this book to be rather dull. He definitely takes a "conservative" approach when it comes to discussing sexuality. I wish he were a bit more blunt.The book is very wordy and does not have the smoothest of flow. I have used it for four weeks and have decided to go in another direction for what I am looking for. If I knew of a better option I would state it here but hope to find one soon and update this review at a later time.

Review: Oh, would it be that all would read and come to the understandings and truths that God intended for beauty and joy in our lives! No one should enter into the covenant of marriage until both have read and absorbed this instruction from God's Word.
