Review: It has a good leverage for people who need it to really crush those potatoes into rice. Makes heavenly mashed, light fluffy not gluey. Use mine so much I need two so I can use one while the other is in the dishwasher. It is a bit fussy to clean so it takes some handwork before it goes in the DW.

Title: New Main Squeeze!!
Review: I've been doing renovations to my house since July. I was out of a kitchen for 2 months. Which required me to eat out a lot, and I mean A LOT! Now that I have a fully functional kitchen, I've decided to start making a lot of the dishes and meals that I love. I love shredded hash browns. So I looked up a recipe to make them. The indicated a potato ricer was the secret to making them crispy. I read the reviews, and even watched a video on several options. I decided to go with this one. It is simple to use and the SQUEEZE is amazing. I knew potatoes held water, didn't know they held that much water. I made hash browns and they came out perfect!! I'm sure I can use it for a garlic press too! This is my new main squeeze!
