Title: Nice weight loss support from a book.

Title: BEAUTIFUL JOURNAL
Review: After going though many journals before purchasing, I am so happy I found this.I love coloring the pages each day, making it my own. Writing and reading positive quotes and the space to track what I eat and what I did regarding exercise each day.It keeps me motivated and on track in a beautiful way. Plus I love that each page is different so I don't become bored with the same format.

Title: Great journal for gratitude
Review: I do like the journal. It’s great at helping me keep track of various things, I have one suggestion only, it would be nice to have various cover choices. The cover is a woman who is beautiful and flawless, much like the cover of a vogue magazine cover or Elle, I wish this journal had an option of either various women from various cultures and walks of life or nature. It’s just a reminder of this impossible beauty standard, and would just have liked some options with the cover, and the same picture is inside again. Like I said, it’s a beautiful sketch of a beautiful woman but it would have been nice to have something more relatable or familiar.

Title: Pleasantly surprised!
Review: I’m a journal freak when it comes to my fitness. I prefer tracking on paper using a space I look forward to writing in. I was skeptical about the prompts in addition to writing about the meals you eat. I didn’t want to have to complete all fields if I didn’t want to and I didn’t. As I look back at my progress I’m realizing how valuable that data is for me so I’m purchasing my second one and will be sure to be more intentional and complete in my thoughts for each day. With this journal I lost a total of 16lbs and 13 inches! The key is to never give up.

Title: The best journal
Review: I absolutely love this journal, not only has it helped me keep track of my food and helped me stay on track with my water intake. But the daily gratitude and goals have helped me keep a positive mindset which isn’t always easy. There’s also a few exercises that make you think and are deep. I wasn’t ready to do so much soul searching but this journal has helped me do that and love myself so much more.
