Title: Perfect for gifting baked goods
Review: I like baking mini loafs as gifts. I've used giftable pans in the past which are great but this is even better as it reduces waste and costs in the longrun and the little loafs are super cute.I initiated it with a batch of zucchini bread which came out perfect, evenly baked, lightly crisped on the bottom and the pan cleaned up like a dream afterward.

Title: Perfect Size
Review: First if all, Wilton is the best bakeware I've used over the years. Does not warp during baking and very sturdy.Second, I bought the mini 4-loaf pan to get smaller sized banana bread loaves. I made my normal recipe that would go into full-size loaf pan and equally poured into the 4 compartments. Due to the smaller pan sizes I wasn't sure if the "normal" bake time would work. So, I knocked off 10 minutes (normal was 60 minutes). The 50 minute time was just right. I sprayed the compartments with nonstick spray before adding the batter (recipe called for it). After baking, placed pan on a rack vs using a trivot and after about 10 minutes inverted the pan and the mini loaves came right out...no sticking. My husband and I both agreed that the serving size from a mini loaf is ideal for 2 people. Plus, heat distribution is better between multiple pans vs one. The other nice thing is that I can freeze 2 loaves since it's just the two of us. Next, need to make mini meatloaves. I highly recommend the Wilton loaf pan!

Title: Perfectly bakes my bread
Review: I recently started selling my homemade banana, cinnamon streusel and apple breads and this pan works perfectly for my baking. I crisco and flour each cavity before putting in the batter but honestly probably don’t need to. My loaves always cook evenly and beautifully in this pan. It’s easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Wilton is a trusted name in the baking business and I’m pleased with this pan, so much so that I just ordered and received my second one.

Title: Fantastic for keto meals
Review: I only use this for grain-free keto breads, baked omelettes, and individual meatloaf, so I can’t review how it works with dense flour based recipes. The pan is perfectly nonstick, cleanup is easy, my breads don’t burn, my meatloaf is evenly baked, my omelettes are moist and fluffy, and I have never needed to tip the pan to remove the food. I am able to simply lift out each portion from the four sections.The ability to portion out individual meatloaf and baked omelettes makes weekly meal prep very easy. Each omelette has different ingredients added to it after the egg mixture is poured in - Mexican, Western, Mushroom and Onion, Mediterranean, etc. Sometimes I line a section with crispy bacon. The omelettes and meatloaf are easily taken for lunch, or frozen for later in the month. I bake, slice, and freeze Dr. Jockers almond butter bread every few weeks, which is just eggs, a almond butter and coconut manna, leavening, and seasonings. It’s a wet batter but cooks up PERFECTLY in this pan, and has excellent flavor, texture, and keto macros. I am super happy with this purchase and consider it a kitchen staple.

Title: a bit harder to store
Review: but I really like this pan. I use it for making snacking breads like banana and pumpkin, the size is perfect and saves me from accidently eating half of a full-sized loaf LOL. I was using the small aluminum (disposable) pans that come stacked for the bread, but they are a real pain to get clean. This pan cleans easily and after baking (I do use crisco to grease the inside) the loaves came out after a smack on the pan... no breakage at all. It won't fit into my convection/toaster which is a bummer, but I had already assumed as much when I bought it.Great pan, it would probably work great for other things that you'd want to portion before freezing. It is around 2" deep so it is a little more difficult to store easily.

Review: I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It is brilliant! It was so wonderful that not long after using this loaf pan I instantly ordered another one!It is sturdy and it makes the perfect size mini loaf to give as a little surprise, sell at a summer fête or use at a tea party at home.I enjoy making cakes/loaves for family and friends and because you can make 4 or more at once depending on the size of your oven it makes life so much easier. The loaves are small and bake quickly. I made 24 lovely loaves on a Sunday morning and handed them out at work the next day and they went down a treat!
