Title: Nice addition to my recipe library
Review: This book is printed for the European audience, but Americans are smart enough to adapt. LOL! (I did have to look up the meaning of a couple of food items that go by a different name in the U.S.) This author stresses the high value of eating a wide variety of plants for gut health. It's surprisingly easy to meet the 30 different varieties per week than it seems, so I highly suggest this book to inspire you to do the same.

Title: Beautiful Book
Review: This is gorgeous book! I just got it and have seen a number of things to try. I love the upbeat approach. It will take a little adjusting to the fact that it,s in metric but I can roll with it. So excited.

Title: Good recipes, but maybe missing some ingrediants?
Review: I have tried 3 recipes and they all turned out good, however 2 of the recipes seemed like maybe they were missing an ingredient or 2. Like the flap jack recipe, delicious however missing a binder so it just became granola after baked. Also, the crepe/pancake says it has chickpea flour but the actual recipe does not. So i think it wasn't proofread enough.

Title: Creative, easy recipes
Review: This is one of the best nutrition books I have read in a long time (and I read a lot!). The recipes are creative and easy (at least for me). He encourages the reader to eat more plants by combining plants I never would have thought of. The check off lists at the front and back are easy to copy and post on your frig for reminders. Highly recommend.

Review: Easy recipes and a great way to get those 30 plants a week. Some of the salad recipes are delicious and the porridge fruit loaf is brilliant (and gluten free!) Will be handing out copies of this for Xmas

Review: I was curious to see how hard would it be to be able to eat 30 vegetables a week! But this book makes it very doable. The recipes are good and I love the broad interpretation of 'vegetables' which is interesting because it made me realise I just had to make more of an effort and try different things and 'add-on' in certain areas. Definitely, worth a read.
