Title: Works but not quite as well as i'd hope
Review: This works but not quite how i'd prefer. It doesn't fit me quite right and I have to use a clip to hold it in place (not included). It also sweats a lot when it thaws out which I haven't experienced with similar products. So while I love the idea i'm not entirely sold on this ones execution.

Title: This thing is a lifesaver!
Review: As a massage therapist, sometimes my shoulders and neck kill me after a week-long of work. This cold pack lasts about 15-20 minutes, and the soft side of the pack makes the cold bearable. This right here is one of my favorite remedies for pain and a great item to have on hand. Especially for those who work with their head down and shoulders out front!

Review: I ordered the XL size and it definitely doesn’t reach my shoulders like in the pictures and I’m a woman with small shoulders. It’s big enough to wrap around my neck and part way to my shoulders though and has a good weight to it. Gets and stays pretty cold but it’s almost useless right out of the freezer because it’s so stiff - so you probably lose a third of the time it’s cold just waiting for it to wrap right. Overall I find myself just grabbing a plain long gel pack more often. Can immediately wrap it on my shoulder and more easy to work with.
