Title: Thin paperback book but lots of recipes.
Review: You get what you pay for with this book. It is a thin paperback cookbook. There are a lot of recipes in it, but a few are non-compliant to the true Mediterranean Diet, so beware of that. I always say if I get a cookbook and get even one good recipe to add to my rotation, I am happy, and I already have that from this book. I think it is well worth the price (less than $7).
