Review: These patches go on very easy, stay on all night without any issues and do not irritate my skin. They helped sleep better and I DO NOT feel groggy when I wake up which is a big game changer for me. Most of the sleep aids out there have that secondary side effects that gives you that groggy feeling in the morning which doesn't allow you to concentrate during the day and it just a miserable feeling. So far it's doing what it's supposed to.

In addition to several common natural sleep aids (melatonin and lavender essential oil), it combines three amino acids with valerian root, hops, and magnesium.The patches are super thin and comfortable - you hardly notice them at all. I’ve found a single patch to provide a soothing and restful night’s sleep but you can use up to six patches a night (for a greater sedative effect, I presume). They also have a nice, subtle lavender aroma - nice!
