Title: I like this cream, but wish there were a few changes
Review: I think this is a really nice cream to put on before bed, but there a few things I would prefer they changed.Pros:-It smells wonderful, and I can totally tell that it is calming right away. There is a menthol type smell, a bit like vick's but much softer and sweeter.-A very little goes a looong way. It says it's a cream, but it's really a light lotion and you only need a tiny bit if you're just putting it on your shoulders or neck at night as they recommend. It would definitely last a long time.-It is supposed to be all naturalCons:- The ingredients are listed on the back in veeery small writing and it is difficult to read, but even if you can they are all in latin it seems and it is quite hard to tell what is actually in this.- The ingredients are supposed to be all natural, but aside from stating that, there is no more information, no packet that comes with the cream or any more info. I want to know more about this product I'm putting on my skin! How does this help regulate my circadian rhythm- There is melatonin in it, but there is no measured does when in a cream so nothing is known about how much I''m putting on my skin to be absorbed.- Aside from a nice, calming smell that is relaxing, I can't really tell if the cream actually helps me get to sleep or stay asleep. Do I need to use more? Is it mainly the smell that does it? Don't know.

Title: Help Fall Asleep Faster, Uses Natural Ingredients Menthol & Lavender
Review: This small jar contains a nice lotion that I can apply near my neck and shoulders. I like the nice clean smell and cool and relax feeling. It helps fall sleep faster probably mostly because of menthol and lavender. I cannot read off the description on the jar, but the web page has the same information for the18 items. They are nice herbs and oils that are providing a soothing feeling. I can see that it also contains melatonin, but I guess it might take some time to absorb.

Title: solid cream
Review: Love this stuff. Menthol in general always makes me happy, as it's super easy to feel the benefits almost immediately. Lavender is such a solid choice as well, such a great and soothing scent. Not sure I can feel the sleep benefits, but definitely doesn't take away from my sleep either. Been a great addition to my nightly routine on those intense workout days that leave me feeling overly sore.

Title: Nothing has helped me more to get to sleep
Review: I was skeptical that a cream would help me sleep but this really does. I rub it on my chest and neck and then read for 20 minutes or so. And then I'm able to drift comfortably to sleep. Very happy with this.

Title: Smells pleasant
Review: This Sleep Cream is creamy like lotion and the smell of lavender and menthol is quite pleasant, not irritating. I massage it into wrists. I was thinking areas that are close to where I can smell it, since it is a nice scent and I'm thinking that would put me to sleep faster. I did make sure to wash my hands afterwards because of the menthol, I wouldn't want that getting into my eyes.
