Review: Ordered this mouse with another one, I work from home and mine was dying. I'm pleasantly surprised how well this works for the price. Title: Did not work at all - Update, the replacement worked great
Review: It was highly disappointing, the mouse did not work at all.*** Update, the replacement worked great, the replacement process was fairly easy, I sent the return QR code to my phone photos, then took the mouse to my local UPS store, then scanned the QR code and gave me a receipt. I updated the rating to a 4 star. ***It did not turn the light on at the bottom, it was not recognized by the computer.We tried 3 different sets of brand new batteries without success.We tried it on two different computers and still no results.Hopefully we can return it - would love to get the same one as replacement, since I really like the purple color and the design.I will update with results of an attempted replacement.

Review: I feel silly now that I finally read the instructions on the Amazon website. I've ordered this twice - October 2023 and again in April 2024. When the first one wouldn't function after replacing the batteries I assumed (we know that saying about assuming....) the unit was a lemon. I like the comfort of this mouse so re-ordered it. Today the 2nd one died. Although surprised that my batteries again lasted only about 7 months, I dutifully replaced them. Still dead. THEN I read the instructions. Unplug the mouse remote, turn off the mouse, insert new batteries, replug the remote, turn it on. Presto. duh.
