Milk frother makes warm and cold milk froth for cappuccinos, and heats warm milk for lattes. Maximum capacity: 125 ml (for milk froth preparation), 250 ml (for warm milk preparation)
Maximum level indicator for milk frother and maximum level indicator for milk warmer, and minimum milk level indicator. Heats milk to 140°F-160°F. The temperature of the foam may be lower than this. Enjoy milk at just the right temperature for drinking
To make warm drinks, press the ON/OFF button once and release it immediately, both the heater and frother will turn on. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds, the frother will turn on, but the heater won't turn on. This makes cold drinks
Milk must contain at least 3 grams of protein. Milk must be free of any flavoring. Milk cannot be ultra-pasteurized with an extended expiration date. Milk may not froth well as it approaches the expiration date

Title: Excellent product!!!
Review: I've used a hand held frother for years and thought I'd give the Secura Frother/Steamer a try. It has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful hot froth in under 90 seconds. Quiet. No issues with frothing over the top unless you fill it beyond the designated fill lines. Easy to clean - just rinse and wipe. And as a bonus - the stainless steel pot looks great and fits beautifully next to my coffee maker. The price is very reasonable and much more affordable than other brands. I highly recommend this product!

Title: Fantastic Frother!
Review: I have had this for about a month and I have to say I absolutely love it. I use it a couple of times a day. It froths plant based milks perfectly. Before I used to use one of those small hand held frothers, but they were not sturdy and always broke. Plus, they did not heat the milk. I love this all in one step and it is so seamless and quick. Clean up is easy, just make sure not to submerge it in water. I even sometimes use it to make a quasi-mocha by adding a a teaspoon of dark cocoa powder to the milk when frothing. Does an amazing job. Love it

Title: Good product, excellent customer service, long lasting
Review: I bought this milk frother back in March 2017. I used it only on weekends and loved it. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does an excellent job of heating and frothing milk for cappuccino.Then a week ago (Oct 14) it quit working completely. No light, no spinning, no heating. Dead.I wrote to Secura customer service the same day, which was a Saturday, sending a copy of the invoice from Amazon. I fully expected that they would tell me to send the defective unit back to them and they would repair or replace it. I knew I wouldn't spend the money and time it would take to pack it up and send it back. I was so sure that in the meantime I ordered a different frother on Amazon, from a different manufacturer.Much to my surprise Secura answered me a few hours later, telling me to unplug it, cut the cord of the frother near the base and send them a picture of the disabled unit, whereupon they would send me a new one. I could hardly believe it, but I did as they asked, then rushed back to Amazon's site to cancel the other order.Today, Oct 19, only 5 days after the first one died, which includes a weekend, I have a brand new frother.I'm going to assume that my original one was a bad apple which failed after a relatively short time, and that the replacement unit will work for a long time. The product works well and Secura's customer service is friendly, rapid and hassle-free.Update August 2023: The replacement unit sent to me for free by the company in 2017 finally gave up the ghost. I used it at least once a day (sometimes 4 or 5 times a day) since 2017 and I'm perfectly satisfied that a $35 product would last that long. So I ordered a new one. It seems to be nearly identical to my older unit, but modernized slightly with new markings and now available in black as well as chrome. An inexpensive product that lasts for 7 years of daily use is a good one in my book.

Title: An Aquired Skill
Review: If 4&1/2 stars* were an option, I'd choose it. Love using my new frother. Works great with the 30 cal/cup almond milk I buy. Sooo easy to use and clean; as soon as I've poured the froth & milk, I rinse the whisker under filtered water, dry it with one pat of a dish towel then rinse the inside of the frother. I wipe out any residue with a soft washcloth, dry it with same & done in about 30 seconds!. I was happily surprised to find how well it froths almond milk. It turns the milk from yellow-tan to snowy white - fun to watch the process through the clear plastic top. When you're ready to pour, the pitcher lifts right off the circular heater/base so you're not tugging on a cord or attached to the counter while pouring.Mild Cons: 1. It won't froth no-fat Lactose-free milk - not sure why or if anyone else has experienced this. It froths a little layer on the top, leaving the bulk of this kind of milk unfrothed. It may be the zero fat content; unlike no-fat almond milk there is no thickener in it. 2. I finally understand the capacity problem. The Secura pitcher is hollow only down to where you see the word Secura on the exterior & only ~ 1/2 of that amount is available for frothing. It's plenty for one cup, adequate for two. I'd like it to have room to froth plenty for two cups.Overall: A great little machine. Well designed, couldn't be simpler to use or clean. Operates Very quietly & with great efficiency. Haven't had for more than a week or two so can't speak to reliability, but I've used it once or twice daily. I highly recommend this model if you are making one cup at a time. Otherwise, consider buying the 500ml.*Downgraded from Four stars to One. I don't "hate" the machine. I hate that it was manufactured so hastily and irresponsibly that thousands, maybe millions will end up in land-fills. Can't recommend.2nd update: Pay careful attention to the milk you buy - nothing flavored, should be super-fresh. Unflavored, unsweetened Almond milk, 30 cal/cup works best for me. It stays fresh for frothing much longer than dairy milk. Also, clean the frother every few uses by simply putting clean tap-filtered (probably bottled works too) water. Just run it through a cycle. Keeps the machine healthy. The manufacturer needs a simpler yet more complete instruction manual & better CS skills to answer complaints. My machine is fine but had to go through having it fail to froth; writing the company a letter; getting an unprofessional response & finally figuring out through trial and error how to get frothy milk again. This would/did stop me from buying this item as a gift.

Review: Está espumadora espuma muy bien y calienta muy bien la leche, además de que este modelo en particular tiene gran capacidad, la recomiendo. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay otro modelo de la misma marca con menor capacidad.Buenos resultados con leche entera, leche descremada y leche deslactosada de vaca, con leches de almendra, leches de avena o de coco no funciona bien, pero esto es por el tipo de leche que no espuma.

Review: Out of the box, this frother is large, weighted (so as if won’t break, sturdy). There were lots of materials and instructions of types of milk to use and why. Easy to use. The pouring levels inside were extremely easy to read. I used homogenized (3.25% MF)The froth you could almost stand a spoon up in it, wow! It was heated, but not too hot as to disturb the flavour. Really, a perfect cappuccino was gifted to me.Well done Secura! Great product, thank you!

Review: Absolutely love this frother! Amazing! I use NON dairy and it’s usually not as foamy but with this little baby.. it’s another story! Total game changer. It creates a thick long lasting foam no problem. So easy to use. Looks really nice. Feels heavy and good quality. Absolutely recommend!! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 star is because I wish I could heat and froth 250ml. You can only froth for 125ml. So if you want to heat half than froth half (I like to have a full 250ml in my latte) you have to change the wisk inside the kettle so that’s not very user friendly. You could heat and froth twice but you would end up with a lot of foam since this thing frothes for real!In the picture you see the foam left after I’m done my coffee. This foam is very long lasting. Done with almond milk!!!
