Title: Easy to use, cleanup is a snap, it's just a great product
Review: Pour milk in, select what you want, put your nespresso pod in, hit start. Done. I use almond milk, my girlfriend uses lactaid. Works great with both. They tout the dishwasher safeness of it, but cleanup is a breeze. Little soap, little spray, totally clean.

Review: I honestly didn't think I'd like this as much as I do. It's so easy to use and the temp of the milk is perfect. Its sooo quiet, easy to use and clean. I love this thing. The company actually recommends cleaning the whole thing in the dishwasher but I don't. I rinse the whisk under hot water after every use and on days that I run my dishwasher, I throw that whisk in the utensils caddy. I wash the cup by hand after every use but because it has a non-stick coating it cleans up really quickly. Literally take about 30 seconds to wash.It won't work with raw milk. The cream separates because it heats up too quickly but works for pasteurized milk. I haven't tried it with nut milks yet. If this one breaks I won't hesitate to immediately buy it again.

Title: A great, simple milk frothing solution
Review: We like frothy, foamy milk with our coffee but want something easy to use that doesn’t require a major investment or a piece of equipment that takes up a lot of counter space. The Aeroccino satisfies our cappuccino and latte cravings, takes only a minute or two to produce a creamy froth that transforms our morning coffee experience and can be put in the dishwasher when we’re done. Coffee or espresso purists who need the kind of brew and steamed milk that only very large and expensive coffee machines can provide might not be happy with the Aeroccino. But for those of us who want the simplicity of our morning drip or pod coffee with the added pleasure of milk froth will love the Aeroccino.

Title: Worked Great Until It Didn't
Review: Bought in March 2023. Worked great until it started burning milk in the bottom after every use about 2 months ago (despite cleaning and scrubbing the burned milk out of the bottom between every use). Two days ago it did not froth or heat the milk at all and all the lights started flashing in unison about 10 times before it shut off completely. I called customer support and spent 45 min on the phone with someone who said I was not cleaning the machine out properly between uses (I am), who said it must have been exposed to high heat because it sits a foot away from the stovetop (it has not ever been exposed to high heat from our stovetop! lol -- also... it goes in the dishwasher!), and ultimately said it must have been the frothing wick itself (which is perfectly clean and in working order as if it just came out of the box). Nespresso said I could buy a new wick on my own dollar + shipping. But if that came and also didn't work then I would be out that money and I am out of the 1-year warranty period so can never get a new machine replaced on them. I am not willing to throw them anymore money so this will just go in the garbage. Nothing is built to last anymore! My one suggestion is to NOT wash this in the dishwasher like they say you can! I bet handwashing might have extended the life a bit more. That's my guess anyway!

Review: Very elegant milk frother that does hot, cold, latte and cappuccino with a touch of a button! It is automatic, quick and heats and froths with consistency.Thought it took a dive but forgot to check if I put the whisk back in which I did not! It automatically turns off if that is forgotten.
