Review: I have the hardback of this book but wanted the kindle edition too,so that I can have it wherever I go. It is an easy read ,but with an incredible impact. The author has included many tales of her own journey ,so many if which resonate with me.she gives you the tools to use your experiences in a constructive, rather than A destructive way. A life changing book ,top of my Xmas gift giving list this year..everyone should read it.
