We use high-quality copper tubes that comply with ASTM standards, offering excellent toughness and hardness. The three-layer insulation cotton provides effective insulation, specifically designed for mini-split air conditioning systems.

Utilizing pure copper pipes, our products offer flexibility, allowing bending and straightening without breaking. They resist pulling and bending, with sufficient length to connect indoor and outdoor units. Even when encountering corners that require bending, piping is easily managed.

The refrigeration copper tube contains high-pressure and low-pressure tubes, designed specifically for mini-split air conditioning systems used in homes, offices, malls, restaurants, and similar spaces.

To better protect the internal copper tubes, VEVOR employs three-layer insulation materials for superior insulation performance. The embossed surface treatment enhances durability, showcasing undeniable strength.

25FT Copper Tube: With a length of up to 25ft, the copper tube can easily connect indoor and outdoor units even over long distances without difficulty.
High and Low Pressure Dual Pipes: Includes 1/4” high-pressure tubes and 1/2” low-pressure tubes, compatible with 12000-18000 BTU split air conditioners, specifically designed for mini-split air conditioning systems.
Thickened Pure Copper Tube: Utilizes high-quality copper tubes compliant with ASTM standards, meticulously controlling the wall thickness of both high-pressure and low-pressure tubes, providing excellent toughness and hardness, eliminating the frustration of thin copper tubes easily flattening with a single fold.
Three-layer Insulation Cotton: Wrapped tightly with three layers of insulation cotton, the copper tube sustains effective insulation while being waterproof and pressure-resistant, offering better protection for the internal copper tubes.
Multiple Installation Accessories: Comes with connecting cables, drainage pipes, 2 tie wraps, decorative covers, wall sleeves, 2 sealant putties, and other accessories, making installation easy without the need for welding.

Review: The flare was incomplete and caused leaks. Tried to reflare but the copper is smaller than 1/4” and 3/8”. It must be in metric, not imperial.

Review: If you don’t have to cut the factory flares off, these will work. They are not 1/2” x 1/4 inch copper though. I cut the flares off and you need a metric flare tool to make a flare on them.

Review: With a line set of 16ft, you need to have more than 2 feet extra to go all the way into the inside unit as well as the outside unit with the connection cable. I need to splice another 2 feet onto this one. Be prepared to spend more on additional wire, connectors and time. This is a very poor setup.
